This property was everything we had hoped for and more. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways but the staff were the star of the show. They were always there for whatever we needed when we had food poisoning and were so sweet and attentive to our needs. Really appreciate everyone at the Weston in making our stay so memorable. A gorgeous, laid back property. The infinity pool overlooking the river and jungle is wonderful, as are the bar and Westin farm. The Indonesian food is delicious (the Ayam Betutu is a stand out dish) and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The two bed room suites are huge. Superb.

The hotel was built in 2019 so their facilities are all really new. Swimming in the infinity pool is definitely a must do. The breakfast buffet is simple, but definitely has sufficient variety

Well beyond expectation. Looking at the pictures before our stay, we thought it was going to be a so-so experience because the hotel doesnt look as big as others around the area. However, our experience was wonderful! Service was flawless, quick, and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, and it truly felt like a 5 star experience.
Minor feedback is on how thin the walls felt as we can clearly hear noises from outside or from our neighbors.

Good hotel . Small pool and crowded . Massive issue with noise, walls were paper thin you could here every conversation above you below you and next door . Absolutely awful needs sorting

Overall, my stay here was great. Although the property looks a bit dated, the service, food and amazing pool are very good. A delightful server named Ayunda helped me during dinner service and was both helpful and professional. I appreciated her suggestions and hospitality.

I live in Bali and came to Ubud for some days to stay. This was the most wonderful hotel ever! The staff was excellent. Rooms were Exceptional!! They provided you with everything. Not to mention the breakfast and food in the hotel restaurant were magnificent! The staff for breakfast was so attentive. I lost a hair tie and one of the staff began to look for it without me asking. I didn't even know he was doing this. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Ubud.

We stayed for 2 nights on New Year’s eve 2023. The breakfast buffet at Tabia restaurant was amazing with many selections. Thank you to Ayunda and Chesa for their exceptional service.
Dewa Yudana, Food & Beverage Manager, deserves applause for listening to our honest feedback on the New Year’s eve buffet. He went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, and even gave us a discount for the buffet. Hats off to Dewa Yudana!

We absolutely loved our stay in the Westin Ubud. This hotel is new, beautiful and peaceful. The pool was amazing and the view was gorgeous while sipping a cocktail. The family suite we stayed in was beautiful, big and clean. The Heavenly Spa is heavenly and the food is the best we have ever had at a hotel anywhere in the world. We loved every meal, the breakfast Buffett was amazing. The staff were helpful and lovely, although many did seem to be training, but that was not a problem at all. The kids club is small but clean and nice for a break and play for our kids with an attached small kids pool that was a nice touch. We would highly recommend to any young families looking for a quiet relaxing area where can chill or use as a base to adventure out on day trips if you like.

The Westin Ubud is not only a beautiful hotel resort with an a gorgeous infinity pool but also has an exceptional staff! We stayed here for 10 days and we always had an great experience with everyone in their hotel. Thanks to Darma who who added an extra touch whenever we were at the concierge or at the pool bar

We had a great stay. Amazing service. Our only suggestion is that they enable Netflix on the tvs in the rooms, or allow sharing from an iPhone to the TV. Otherwise great stay.

Only issue was there was not enough room for 4 people. Kids bed was not made up properly even after we asked

the staff are amazing. We stayed in a family 2 bedroom and it was perfect. Pool and facilities are top notch and so relaxing, perfect for what our family needed - a few days away from the hustle and bustle to relax. The food was excellent but cocktail list definately needs improving needing more tropical cocktails instead of the fermented ones but all in all our stay was wonderful!
