The assistance we received during and after initial check in was marginal. The room was warm and I was unable to get the air conditioning to cool. Jennifer was not able to get it working and the facilities contact, Benoit, was not able get it working. After an hour of trial and error I was able get it to cool. That should not be my responsibility. It would be helpful if there were instructions for how to use the washer and dryer. Once again, we figured it out through trial and error. We liked the location.

Very big appartment with all you need for an amazing stay. The room was clean. Wifi was not very good in the bedroom but good in the living room. Access to the washing machines which was a great plus since we were travelling for a while. We would stay here again!

The property is in a great location, very walkable, and includes parking which really helped in the busy summer month of July. Communication was made quite easy and simple, and the manager was very helpful.

Location is good. The place is nice and spacious. We were charged 50 euros extra for cleaning however when we got to the property there were cannabis/weed all over the place which tells me the cleaning wasn’t done but they are still charging everyone a cleaning fee which is not fair. Also the fact that they don’t even change your towels and expect you to use the same ones during your stay is also not ideal.

A lovely spacious modern apartment.. Very clean and well kept. Lovely swimming pool. Very good aircon which is important as it was 33 degrees. Private car park which is fantastic as parking in Cassis can be a big problem. Walk to town in 5 mins so location is great.

Très bel hôtel bien situé tout proche du centre de Cassis. Les appartements sont très bien équipés et fonctionnel avec une belle terrasse. Parking à disposition ce qui est un grand plus pour Cassis. Point négatif est la caution de 700€

Très bon emplacement de cette hôtel particulier de construction très récente appartement tout confort rien de manque sauf peut-être une télé dans la chambre Isabelle a été une hote très gentille

Séjour très agréable au sein de cet établissement qui permet d’être dans une bulle calme et verdoyante, tout en étant à proximité du centre bouillonnant de Cassis en plein été ! À noter : Une literie au top !

An excellent stay in a newly refurbished building within 5 minutes walk of Cassis port.

Spacious apartment with nice deco and terrace to eat in front of the pool thanks to the kitchen. Very nice property and feels almost like a private villa. It’s well located near Cassis city center and port and has a free private parking lot. We loved the swimming pool

Almost everything about our stay here was outstanding. Great location with secure parking. Spacious, well-equipped, clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced for what you get. Marielle, the concierge, was delightful and helpful. The only downside was finding it. Because we were uncertain where we were going we relied on GPS which seemed to direct us to a public parking garage (Mimosas). Hotel Particulier Cassis has no sign. It is a walled secure compound and is in fact next door to the Mimosas parking facility but to the first time visitor not easily recognized. Additionally, even if recognized you can't access it without a security code which you must obtain from Marielle. So be sure not to be fooled into thinking there is a GPS glitch and inform Marielle your likely arrival time so she is in a position to share the code or meet you there since she lives off-site closeby.
