My girlfriends and I recently stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott Boston. When we checked into our room, we were quite surprised to find that the bathroom did not have a door. This lack of privacy was a significant inconvenience, particularly the first night. The hotel was fully booked that day and a room change was not possible. Upon bringing this issue to the attention of Dawn, the hotel manager, the following morning, we were met with immediate understanding and professionalism. Dawn was incredibly empathetic and swiftly took action to resolve the problem. She found us another room that met our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. To our delight, she also offered thoughtful compensation for the inconvenience we experienced on the first night. Despite the initial hiccup, we were left with a positive impression of the hotel, largely due to her outstanding efforts. Thank you, Dawn, for your thoughtfulness and for making our stay a memorable one!

Great hotel

I come to Boston at least once a year and always stay at this hotel. Location is great, neighborhood has a lot of conveniences and it is within walking distance to anything downtown.

Room are spacious, clean. The sounds from the highway can be really bothering if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast is expensive Parking is way too expensive, go park under the highway on the other side of the street!

The staff was great. We had clogged toilet a ciuple of times and they quickly came. Any requests we had they dealt with quickly. We were 3 people but the pull out couch wasn't made, so we had to call house keeping who quickly brought the sheet but we had to make our own bed. The water in the shower would rake quite a long time to heat. Valet parking at $62 is excessive. Having Wholesale Foods groceries by was a definite plus. If we were back on Boston I'm not sure I would stay there as it was close to the highway and noisy when we we outside near the hotel.

It is close to the interstate and the staff are friendly. Overall a good stay.

Positioned in a very difficult spot in Boston to drive to. The only thing close was a Whole Foods and none of the dining or attractions. Virtually forced to use valet parking at 60 per day. Had to Uber to the places we wanted to go instead of getting car in and out of valet.

My room was not reafy at the check in time. The breakfast buffet is not good amd not worth $22. Belgian waffle was out of the box and microwaved. American style breakfast is needed not Eurepian style. They can offer the guest more 2 small bottle of water for the price. Someone burned pizza in their microwave, we all had to evacuate the building and was not given the ok to return to our rooms. No comps were given.

Staff does not know about turistic places y poor when giving directions or advice on surroundings

My wife and I stayed at this hotel.. we were welcomed at the hotel with an extremely friendly receptionist and all hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel itself seems very new and very clean Decent gym

Staff was rude and standoffish. The maid service just left their carts out in the hallways to the point we had to move them to get through to our room.

The hotel was nice but the parking is ridiculously expensive. The hotel shouldn’t be allowed to advertise that they have parking as a perk when the parking costs almost as much as the hotel room. The price of parking should really be advertised up front because I would never have expected to spend hundreds of dollars on parking for a weekend trip.

Off the highway, literally hear it. It was decent, but honestly for the 300 and something dollars I spent for one night, not worth it

We stayed for two nights we were at the hotel to sleep and we didnot have much time to experience in and around the hotel .we have a good sleep and the room was very clean.

If hé had a pool or terrace it will be better

I like the small water bottle available at the gym. My friend and I like to carry it around. Everything is around 25 mins walk so it’s nice walking around the area.
