Wine is ridiculously expensive in India, when asked to bring the cheapest, the waiter deliberately brought the most expensive, twice! That is our only complaint.

The room I took was nice, and the overall hotel was good. The service was exceptional (I checked in at 2am). Heads up, tourists should ensure they have their visa if from abroad.
The room was clean, cool and the bed was excellent. I had a very good rest. The shower was in good working order and nice and large.
The breakfast options were excellent.
The checkout was easy and the same person from 2am was still there with a bright smile.
Small picky details, although the room was nice, make sure you clean handles, mirrors, taps etc... to streak free shine. Dust the cupboard handles and skirtings in the room. Minor detail makes a big difference to some (and most Marriott hotels are really good). Note, still 5 star overall for my needs.
The staff were excellent, and the small memento at the end was a nice touch. I will stay again.when back in the city.

This property has poorly designed floors and the pool deck area is dangerous. They have smooth marble or some other smooth material that when you are wet or can be like ice. I feel and injured myself fairly substantially. The hotel gave my family a free lunch and me a massage and said that is all they can do. I'm spending hundreds of dollars due to their negligence aka the manage wouldn't even face me... Just hid in the office like a coward.
Besides their negligence This property is the budget option of 'nice" hotels. Ones on the beach are much better and not that much more expensive. Their is nothing to do around this hotel.
So yourself a favor and guard your health.. Start away from Fairfield inn Visage... And is you get hurt they won't do much. Just give you a 15 dollar lunch and say "so sorry’

The room was clean and tidy, reasonable in size for 1-2 people. The hall and some other common areas had extremely strong infuser smells which at times was pretty bothersome. Ordering room service was difficult due to a language barrier,and not all listed menu items under "all day" options turned out to actually be available to order. After I booked transport to depart to the airport, I felt like the stuff was rushing me to leave.

The staff of this hotel is exceptional at providing top-notch customer service. I arrived late and had only a few minutes to take advantage of the dinner buffet. The host Sirikha made sure I had a nice dinner until well after closing. The breakfast host Bhargavi continued this VIP treatment by checking on me throughout my meal and suggesting a particular dosa and a few other made-to-order items. The night host helped me with an Uber ride I booked by explaining to the driver each place I wished to visit in the local language (Telugu).
My stay was made much more enjoyable because of high customer attention from the staff.

Everything was good, the only issue was with the location.All the tourist spots are far from this property and for beach one have to drive 25 mins to reach.

Nice, clean and very friendly staff. Hotel has a very compressed food menu. No food variety at all. Buffey is average. Hotel & room service is very good.

The place was amazing, definitely looking to stay here next time i travel to Visakhapatnam. The entire staff was amazing, from the people at the front desk to the people in the restaurant. Everyone was very helpful, kind and respectful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The infinity pool is on the terrace and is always clean and large enough to swim a few laps. Overall an excellent place to stay in Visakhapatnam.
