Check in was super easy and the super nice manager on duty was thoughtful enough to put all three of our rooms together without me even asking! Was very helpful! This is the second time we have stayed here on our way home from Florida. Nice part of town and super friendly people!

Sheets on sofa bed were dirty, had to get clean ones and make it. King bed had no top sheet so had to get one to finish making bed.

The desk staff was over-the-top friendly! The room is clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Rude customer service, unhealthy environment, hair all over the unit , dirty bed please do yourself a favor and book another hotel

The location is centrally situated to eateries in the area.

Whoever cleaned the room prior to our check in failed to replace the toilet paper or put in an extra roll. Also, the tissues were down to 4-5 in the box. The extra blanket from the hanging closet smelled like a dog. The shampoo was out. Went to front desk to ask for more toilet paper and tissues and was told someone would bring up. We've waited for 15 minutes so far. Called front desk and it is busy constantly.

One of my go to hotels when I’m in town… Always an A Rating, but not this time around. Room was dated, and had patch repairs in the bathroom ceiling, from a previous leak, or something to that nature…. Neither of the two treadmills in the gym work, however, I was still able to utilize the free weights, and get a good workout in… staff were awesome, as usual!

The hotel is in a very accessible area where the locale of food, restaurants, and shopping are abundant.

I was not able to stay at this hotel. Person at the counter told me that I didn’t have a reservation. I showed him my booking information and confirmation number. Said it wasn’t in there computer. Tried to contact someone to cancel and couldn’t do that either. I’m out of 150 dollars and no one cares. Will not use Travelocity anymore.

I’ll always stay in this spot. Really comfy.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Quick access to I-55

If you don't need housekeeping to do your room and you don't care about using the treadmills in the fitness room, this hotel is very good and I'd recommend it. We stayed 4 nights, housekeeping never did our room. The fitness room looks great on the website, but both treadmills were out of order for our entire stay. Everything else about our stay was just fine.

When in Jackson, we always stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Ridgeland. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly. We had an early flight out on Saturday morning and they even started breakfast an hour early so we could eat before we left.

There was a giant trash bag that sat next to the elevator for the two days we were there. The smell was awful and the elevator reeked of cigarettes. The hallways also had a very musty smell. The staff was nice and friendly but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Relaxing, safe, and clean

The manager on duty when we checked was great. The property wasn’t as clean as it should be for the price. Our bathroom in our room was gross. The tub wasn’t clean; it had brown stuff up the walls of the tub. We found someone else’s clothes in our room! The bedding had stains all over them.

Fine visit

Good quality hotel. A little pricey but the room and staff were top notch. Would stay there again. Oh and the free breakfast was excellent with a broad variety of food and drink.

This hotel was super clean and quiet. There were dogs on the property but you didn’t hear them or any TV sounds from adjoining rooms

This review is for Expedia and the hotel We paid for a room for a visiting friend that we named on the reservation. When he arrived, the hotel was unable to locate the reservation from the Expedia itinerary number. There was no hotel booking number on my confirmation or receipt, only the itinerary number from Expedia. The Hotel desk clerk called Expedia customer service and no one could understand the foreign agent. She put the Expedia rep on speaker so maybe we could all try to understand what she was saying. Not only could the Expedia rep hardly speak English, she could hardly understand English and argued that the person checking in was not the person that made the reservation and would not give the hotel confirmation number. It took multiple tries from three of us- the hotel clerk, my guest and myself on speaker on my friend's phone- to get her to understand the problem and provide the requested information to the hotel. What a hassle and terrible experience!! #1-Please be sure to always send the hotel booking number with the Expedia itinerary number. #2- Please hire people who can speak English for English-speaking customers and English-speaking hotels.

I was double booked and had no place to stay.
