It was a nice stay the staff was great.

My stay here was good for the most part. So convenient. Close to two beaches, close to many restaurants, the hotel has its own drinks and food with reasonable prices. The room has AC, there is a pool. Everything was mostly great for the price. One of my two complaints would be the staff. The staff was a bit mediocre and careless. After we checked in, we asked for extra towels and the lady helping us made a face as if we were bothering her and we asked for something absolutely unreasonable. The day after, we wanted to get drinks and one of the ladies helping refused to give us the menu and told us the price herself. We insisted again for the menu and then we saw the drinks much cheaper. My second complaint is that they gave us a room right in front where the staff sits to wait for clients. If we opened the curtains the staff would be able to look into our room. Also, our room was right next to the bar and they were blasting music until 3am. Overall, I would come to this hotel again just because of the amenities. I would just not engage with the staff that much. For the price, I think it’s worth some of the hassles. I still had a great time overall.

Right off the strip. That has its advantages, but expect road noise. Staff was amazing. Perfect for the price.

Friendly staff

The hotel complex very clean and location points the pool area is all the way in tge back, no body to disturb ones' peace. The restaurant Block next to the room complex, and the bar by the exit/entrance, very well layered out. The room has a small safe and a small balcony if you want to smoke. The security personnel commands authority around the late night (10pm and up) with passage of people.

The people that worked here were so nice and spoke good English so the communication was smooth and easy

The exterior is nice but the rooms are old unkept and very basic. Very noisy as well because of the resort next door and proximity to the street. Will not return.

This property was great, walking distance to all nightlife and both Sousa Beach / Playa Alicia. Walkable to several dining options and the casino. Supermarket/Pharmacy close by. Tons of taxi and motorcycle options outside as well. The owner was amazing. There is about 30 rooms and the inground pool was super clean all the time.

Nice hotel, close to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again. Can get noisy at times with loud music and traffic driving by.

I definitely like the staff. They were perfect except for me getting a better room she said their taken. So i made the best of the 🕷 room i told her to call me Spiderman. I would stay there again the price was excellent food was good and drinks

Wonderful staff , also i like how they honor your reservation. Was giving my original rate even though i checked in late. Only thing i had an issue with was mosquitos but everything was great!! Definitely will be back with Some mosquito repellent

I returned to the room after a long walk to take a 5 minute shower. In that time someone broke into my room and took all the money that wasn't locked away. I immediately checked out after 1 day.

Property is affordable. This like motel quality so its you get what you pay for. Very close to alicia beach where I recommend to go. Food is good and good bar area. Close to good areas. The rooms are not the best. There needs to be an overhaul. I stayed in the bare minimum rooms; rooms 3/4/7/8. Staff is amazing 10 stars. Yulissa and Yenny were amazing hosts. Id come back to the hotel just for them because they made us feel like family.

Simple but nice room right by the beach and many nice restaurants: Cafe Coco and El Conde for example.

Staff from morning to night was very friendly and helpful. They create a good relation with the guest who get to enjoy themselves safely. Very good breakfast including some of the best coffee I ever tasted. Location is great between a beautiful beach and the strip. Directly across the street there is a good place to get tours to see some of the Dominican Republic that may be difficult for a novice to find on their own from the mountains to islands.

Property was nice and security was good and safe. However, there were people making noises at all hours in the day and night and blasting music. Don't recommend if you want to get any sleep.

Pros: Hotel is walkable to many attractions Cons: The area can be extremely noisy throughout the night plus the staff doesn’t care what time in the night they are very loud and continuously shout at each other all day long. It’s not a quiet place at all so be warned.

Good location, comfortable bed, very good, strong, and consistent internet connection, and clean towels provided. Checking in was NOT easy and smooth, as manager could not locate my reservation, not by my name or date, but it was sorted out when I returned from breakfast an hour later. There's a high noise level from the street and from the hotel's lounge music. Patio door was dislodged, room floor had significant sand left from previous guest, which cleaning staff never seemed to be able to completely remove. A vacuum cleaner would really be useful here. Poor quality dressers with drawers that fall down when pulled out for normal use. Pool was usually dirty, so I could not use it when needed. Honestly, the place has the basic necessities but could use improvements in cleaning, maintenance, and customer service. I've been staying here for years, and it's now under new management, which hasn't improved service, though they've increased the price. With some service improvements and less noise, this would be a very good place to stay.

Staff were very pleasant helpful

Staff was amazing the property needs updating especially the water system the sinks are old and the shower heads suck I pretty much only had one day of real hot water and while enjoyable as it was it smelled like something died. The convenience that everything was walkable was great though

Nice location right down the street from rumbas and bailees about 10 minutes to flip flop’s restaurant and playa Sosua. Playa Alicia was about a 5 minute walk. Only major problem I had was the toilet in the room I had didn’t flush properly but other than that I’ll probably stay there again

Location is the key benefit of this hotel, close to everything, clean, secure, and with basic amenities. The pool is well maintained. If you are going to Sosua to enjoy the beaches, the sites, and the town, this place is great.
