Great location and clean apartment. Bed broken had to sleep in separate beds. Has all the amenities you require. Check in straight forward.

Location was great. Check in was slightly annoying, initially was told I could do self check in after doing a long and tedious process of an online check in , but ended up still having to go to another building the pick up a key. Also, one of the showers drain flooded and we couldn’t use it. Besides that, apartment was well equipped with amenities, especially the kitchen and washing machine which were great.

Location cant be better . Space superb. Will recomend agging a microwave oven and renew sofa cushions matress. No instructions on how to use induction stovetop. Bath great linens perfect. Site superb overall it has a master bedroom with its own bath plus a separate bedroom a a whole bath for the apartment. Fits two couples easy

We enjoyed being in the epicenter of the holiday season in Milan. Close to major tourist attractions, transportation, stores, etc.

This apartment was dirty to the point that the bathrooms smelled of mould and sewage (clearly also a plumbing issue), bathrooms were not clean, marks all over the walls, floors had not been mopped and there was dried food on the walls around the dining table. The showers had so much mould it was impossible to use one safely, so one bathroom had to be closed off. The sewage smell was so disgusting that masks were worn to sleep in the adjacent bedroom even with the window open.The apartment caters for 6 people yet had one wine glass, 2 water glasses and the kettle was broken. The property managers were unresponsive when I emailed to address the issues. They were equally unresponsive when I followed up with a phone call.

amazing stay, the apartment is nice and spacious. however, check in is in different building and its annoying when they charge you to give you the key at the apartment. So I ended up picking it up at the office because its free. Be careful of the duomo area, its a crowded place with pick pockets all over.

Great location and apartment was clean and comfortable. The only issues are that you have to pick up the keys at another location and there is no microwave in the apartment.

Perfect location just steps from the Duomo station. Only downside were the mosquitoes which seemed so infest the place. Probably a temporary problem.

I had to wait for someone to open notwithstanding a RDV. Someone that has never seen the house has opened it and ask

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Only problem the a/c’s were not very effective. It was very hot and humid in July and we would have preferred cooler rooms but it was tolerable. Nice apartment otherwise and we would stay here again.

Place was not available upon arrival at 3 pm, no 2 nd key, almost no amenities, rude communication, both shower heads - broken
