Apartment was clean and location was lovely, right across the harbour and close to old town and restaurants. Which also meant that we struggled to find parking as there were almost never any spots in a 10 minute radius. We stayed in the 2 bed, and there was only one AC in the living room, which might not be enough for peak summer months. The door to the bathroom was completely see-through, which is something to bear in mind if you’re travelling in a group. Otherwise host was nice, smooth check in and check out and pleasant stay.

There was nobody there to let me in but this was probably due to the fact that I was meant to message them 72 hours prior to arrival. I had overlooked that and messaged 24 hours before.
I went to a nearby cafe and they rang for me and someone was there in 5 minutes.
The accommodation is on the third floor with quite a number of steps up but the view across the harbour was amazing.
Nice accommodation inside. All very clean (except for the 2 ring hob) and the shower worked well.
The owner, who I met on my second day, was delightful and SO helpful. I had a query about my onward travel and, without me even asking, he was on the phone sorting it out for me.
The location is quite a noisy one. It is on a major road and there is a bar behind with music quite late but it didn’t trouble me too much.
Overall, I was happy with my 3 night stay but Fethiye itself is a bit too busy for me to return.

Lovely apartment, furnishings look new, bed and bedding clean and comfortable. Well fitted kitchen with mostly everything you need. Overlooked the harbour and in a great location.
Our only gripe….motorbikes revving at 1pm through to 3/4am. After the first time, earplugs came out. Probs wouldn’t bother younger people but as we’re older…

Location good view brilliant but that’s where it ends bed mattress on 4 pallets sofa on pallets glass table top on 2 tyres light not working in shower room over mirror. One for the lads!

The appartement wasn’t clean enough and the air conditioner was dirty, and the light in the toilet was broken, not change even I ask.
The bed was good, and the appartement is close to club , noisy…

This was are 2nd stay as we love the location at entrance to old town. Views over harbour are beautiful. The apartment is lovely with good wifi. Very comfortable bed and best nights sleep in ages.

It was the best stay we ever had. We were a family of 4. Just everything was perfect ( the check in, the stay and the check out) ! The area is the best area in Fethiye. You can reach everywhere you want within few minutes by car. The apartment was very clean and it had everything you needed. And it was very comfortable as well. The view is just like a dream. Mr Mustafa, the owner, is just amazing. There is no point where I could say it could have been better. We had our best time there. Definitely my family, friends and I will come back to that place when we visit Fethiye. Thank you a lot Mr Mustafa for this amazing experience.

Absolutely amazing apartments in Fethiye centre, easy to go everywhere. Clean tidy and very big for 4 persons. Really nicely thought out amd perfect.

Everyone involved was first class. Got a free upgrade. I usually travel cheap but this was first class and not expensive. Many thanks to the lovely lady who did my laundry and ironned my shirts❤️❤️

Great apartment. So quirky and individual, really loved all the unique touches. Wonderful view. Fantastic location. Great communications with Mustafa. Would definitely stay here again.

Furnitures are very modernly decorated. Very environmental. Location is quite good. It faces the pier, and is close to the restaurants and bar area. The downside is its noise from the singing from the bar at night. Overall not bad.

Mimar oğlunun geri dönüşümden tasarladığı konsepti gerçekten çok beğendik. Kaldığımız çoğu butik otelden daha kaliteli ve temizdi. Eşimle çok memnun kaldık

Had a great stay in the Kordon apartments which are situated in the very heart of Fethiye over looking the bay, absolutely stunning views! The apartments were clean and quirkily furnished and catered for our needs perfectly, having just breakfast at the apartment and the rest of our meals out. The gentleman who runs the apartments was fantastic, so helpful and very kind, a real pleasure to meet him. I would say we would visit again but have just bought a house in Fethiye so won't be needing accommodation again but would recommend if you want to stay in the heart of a beautiful old town.
