Short walk to Imperial Mall and lively Wireless Walk with lots of eateries. Small shops around like grocery stores, massage, laundry etc. However have to find parking by ourselves because no specific parking for guests.

Giving bad review because hotel did not take any action to control people from smoke in the room/bathroom at the non smoking floor (level6) . It's not my first experience from having this issue while staying here. I did double confirm that I booked an non smoking room. What the hotel with do is only request the housekeeping to spray the room with air refresher but not finding which uncivilized human smoking In the room. No penalty given and just let them do whatever they want. Kinda disappointed.

Location of the hotel is great. It’s near shopping mall, restaurants, cafes, laundry are all nearby. There’s no mini fridge in the room. There’s no tissue paper also. That’s the only bad thing considering those are basic stuff found in any other hotel.

Please fix the toilet door, cannot be locked. Overall, it was an incredible hotel with such a reasonable price. Kudos!

Good and cleaned hotel

All was ok till when i check out to claim my deposit of RM50 back. instead of getting my deposit of $50, i received only $40. i was told this was due to the tax. This payment deduction from my deposit feel like a hidden charges as i was not told during my booking and payment was already done in advance. definitely not happy!

New hotel, rooms is very nice. Just stay for 1 night. Will stay here for next trip. Within walking distance to Imperial & Permaisuri Mall, eateries, banks, etc.

Nice location.,reasonable price, room is clean n d staffs r very friendly. Only downside is no free or reserved parking for customers, hope they will improve on this matters.

staff are very friendly, only the problem s car park..first come first serve basis....

The room is small and for Muslim, it’s quite difficult to pray. Anyway I only use the hotel room to sleep and shower so no big deal with the size. The location is very strategic. Nearby shopping mall, eateries and massage houses. Best place for a short stay. Keep it up!

Good location with walking distance to most places in town. Newly opened. Rooms are nice with amenities provided such as toothbrushes, comb etc. Some construction is still going on at the lobby area; do expect some noise during day time. Hotel staff are working hard and trying their very best. Feel they need more staff to address slow check-in/check-out long que as well as getting the rooms ready.

Rooms were not ready until 5 eventhough the check in time itself is already late at 3.Perhaps there isn't enough staff because it's a new but big hotel.Should hire more.It's getting popular because of the location.Although,after negotiating we get a late check out at 3 for free.Got a free upgrade too to a superior room because the standard rooms with a king bed I requested were all occupied.Only a single keycard provided per room.Again,please improvise on this.I'm afraid all rooms are allowed for smoking.They even provide an ashtray.My room had a mild cigarette smell.There was even little cigarette ash left on my drawer.Must had been overlooked by the maids.Such a shame.I hope there will make a non smoking policy.Everything else was lovely.
