The first night, my room was super small and AC did not cool down, but they change my room upon my request the day after and everything else was perfect. Staff, cleanliness and hotel all excellent.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Otivm. The rooms were nice and clean, the location is great, but what makes this Hotel amazing is the staff — Luca warmly greeted us daily with good advice and recommendations; Georgio served delicious breakfast with great cappuccinos; and Domenico and crew served the perfect Aperitivo martini nightly. We’d definitely stay again.

The lovely rooftop bar for breakfast was a treat. Staff and manager Lorenzo hospitable and kind, the stairwell walking downstairs in beautiful. The room I found comfortable and had everything I needed for a solo traveler. Would stay again.

My husband and I stayed here on our very first visit to Rome over a week ago, and then again at the end of our trip when we ventured back to Rome several days later from our travels. Arianna was exceptional, and so very friendly. I am sad I did not remember everyones name but I can say that all of the staff were, from receiption, to the rooftop bar to housecleaning very amazingly friendly and made you feel special. I love this hotel, the room we were given with terrace is stunning. Rooftop patio and breakfast is also exceptional. A feast for the eyes as well. We would stay here again and I will be recommending it to all my friends! Well done Hotel Otivm! Favourite hotel of our 21 day trip! We walked from hotel to spanish steps, Trevi fountain and to the Coliseum but there are so many more things close you will see what a great location it is.

Excellent clean rooms and staff go out of way to help

Perfect location! We had a wonderful stay here…the staff are amazing! Ariana especially made us feel very special and well taken care of! Beautiful rooftop breakfast in the morning. Everyone we encountered were fantastic! We are coming back to Rome in a few days and will stay here again!

The staff displayed extreme rudeness and offered no assistance when my husband fell sick with food poisoning. Our room was positioned directly above a parking garage, subjecting us to the incessant noise of its opening and closing throughout the night, causing our room to shake each time.

This hotel is A . Steps away from Piazza Veneiza and walking distance for many attractions. Room was very clean!

This is a great little hotel that is impeccably designed. The staff is very attentive to your needs. Great location and enjoyed the area. Roof top bar is nice, but a little noisy if you are on the 5th floor.

overall it was average hotel. no complimentary water, which is weird for a 4 star hotel. no bathrobe. t.v wasn't working. when a train pass nearby the whole room was vibrating. location was great, staff were nice and helpful breakfast very few options. and the coffee was terrible.

We had a great experience with the Otivm Hotel. Very convenient location, bus stops just a block away and a small grocery next door was very convenient. We never got a chance to take advantage of the rooftop bar but the view was spectacular. The room itself was good, no complaints. A little sparse but the bed and bathroom were good. We did find it odd that the chromecasts were open network, so you could cast to a different rooms Chromecast. I was in a different hotel recently that had figured out how to make them closed network so you had to scan a QR code on the TV to cast to the room's Chromecast.

Really great location. Surprisingly quiet for being quite centrally located. Staff was great. Rooftop bar was really nice to have. It's on the pricier side but worth it for the convenience. Only suggestion is improved coffee in the room- we didn't do breakfast at the hotel so I can't speak to that. But it's conveniently located to a lot of great restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.

This place doesn’t really deserve 4 star, we had a comfortable stay but it wasn’t at the 4 star hotel quality. The shades were not closing completely. Elevator was taking a long time to come. The safe was too small. The room was super simple. Lot of the leectric sockets didn’t work. They don’t even offer a free bottle of water, and they charge €3 for one. I wouldn’t pick this hotel next time.

Everything is fine

We were traveling with another party and really appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, fun location and rooftop views. Breakfast offerings were very good and the staff went out of thier way to make sure we enjoyed the meal.

Great stay at the hotel for NYE 2024 The hotel is well located and All its facilities are great maintained. The rooftop is amazing! And overall had a wonderful time

Convenient location to coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Hotel is very clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful! Only thing is that there isn't a stair case inside hotel since the elevator is quite small (the stair case leads to the street from inside the hotel).

This property does not have curb appeal. It is literally on the street however we were able to walk to many of the best sites Rome has to offer. Great breakfast at a good value but drinks in afternoon very expensive. Room clean but very small. Loved the king bed and bedding so comfortable. I would stay here again but request a larger room
