Brilliant service, great location, really clean and staff were so friendly and helpful

We only stayed for one night so it is hard to provide a full review. The pre-check in communication was excellent and we were warmly greeted and provided with great information about the hotel and surrounding area. We had to leave early and were not able to take advantage of the full breakfast, but the hotel provided 'breakfast in a bag' for us in lieu, which was much appreciated, as well as welcome apertivo drinks. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Despite being on a major road, it was very quiet in the room. My only qualm is that the air conditioning unit leaked water and since it was above the step to the bathroom, it was somewhat dangerous in the nighttime.

This five room gem is located right in the heart of it all. Walking distance to the great restaurants and bars near the University as well as the pizzerias in Quartiere Spagnolo. The rooms are bright, clean, air conditioned and well appointed. The staff, while not always on site, are friendly and extremely helpful. Shout out to Maria who made our coffee every morning and told us all about life in Campania.

Room was cozy and location was good to travel Naples.

It’s a very basic small hotel. The room was tidy and nice. Breakfast was not very large. Our towels were taken away and it was a bit challenging to get help

We had a lovely stay at the La Fontanina hotel, Sandra was very helpful and professional. It was very apparent that she truly cared about the guests. The breakfast was very good and had some gluten free options as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved Antonella who served us breakfast every morning.She went above and beyond to make sure we were fed before we headed off for the day. Sandra our reception helped us solve issues that came up. My only suggestion would be that breakfast be served a little earlier as most excursions or tours start early. Breakfast was not served till.

Well located. Our room was quiet and room was spacious. Room was clean. Bathroom is small but all in working order n looks quite new. Breakfast was served on the front dining area. Typical Italian breakfast with boiled egg. There were fruits, cereal n hot drinks too.

This gem of a hotel really made the trip to Naples for us. With only 5 rooms, its very initimate but modern and beautifully kept. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly, with a special shout out to Antonella. She was incredible, like having our very own Italian auntie/friend/mom/sister to help with suggestions and welcoming us at breakfast each morning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the metro, but they had a flat-rate taxi fare to the main central terminal too. There are many attractions you can walk to, but also easy to navigate the train and metro system for longer distances or day trips. We walked everywhere in the day, but kept to the lighted main road at night since we did not feel comfortable wandering the area after dark (which was the only downside, and not the fault of the hotel.)

Lovely stay in Sandra’s small hotel!

The actual property was great! The street was busy and dirty with lots of graffiti. It was suggested to be back to the hotel by 9 or 10 in a Monday evening so we were nervous about crime. We took taxis instead of walking and got home fine. The area just wasn’t what I was expecting. It was surprisingly very quiet in the room.

A great little place to stay. Modern bright decor and clean. Wonderful selection of food at breakfast. Amazingly one morning we were leaving before breakfast so a breakfast hamper was left in our room the night before. A taxi was arranged for us to go to the airport as well. Great service and a great place to stay.

The staffs were so kind and helpful!

Very easy to get to Hotel, good location close to metros, attractions and some good food. Reception are super lovely and helpful. My only complaint is that the room is next to the reception desk so you get alot of noise from breakfast groups and people who arrive at 11pm, or anyone locked out.

Great location, staff was very friendly and detailed when sharing information. They even packed breakfast for us on the last day since we had an early flight. They also arranged a taxi driver to take us to the airport. Clean rooms and walkable to just about all attractions.

The hotel staff was friendly. We were only there 1 night but would stay there again. The room & bathroom were clean & comfortable. It’s located in an area that is walkable to lots of coffee shops & pizza! The elevator is very small but we fit 2 people plus our luggage in it.

Great location... but very sketchy looking from the outside. It turns out that this made it very quaint. You enter an old giant wooden door and retreat to a wonderful modern hideaway. Included breakfast is minimal in scope, but quite adequate. Only complaint was poor communication for how to gain initial access before you have been issued your entry key. We lucked out into tailgating into the common area door with a nice resident woman returning home with groceries. She told us where to go inside the building. I am not sure how things would have gone if she was not there at that moment. Room was great.

The staff was so helpful. Lots of options for eating. Great sushi restaurant near by.

We were pleasantly surprised with not only the cleanliness but also the size of rooms, newly remodeled nicely done! For a small, no-name hotel, it was a great surprise!

Very cleanly hotel, with large spacious rooms. Perfect for a one night stopover before heading to Capri. Would highly recommend.

The staff was lovely. The room was spacious and very clean. The complementary breakfast was an added bonus. We only stayed for one night, but it was very nice. The reason I gave 4 stars (not 5) was that the air conditioner had a serious drip that needed a bucket under it. We notified the staff and because it was Sunday, we assume they had someone attend to it Monday - after we checked out.
