Great place!

I enjoyed the check in. But i wasn't aware of having to turn the key in the next morning for maid service. No problem but it is an unusual practice and the hotel needs to put a sign in the room with the procedures.

I stayed here on a layover from Bocas del Toro to Panama. Cost was my main reason for booking here. It was an exceptional room for little money. The service was great. The only down side was there are no elevators.

Excellent small private room for the price

The location was close to downtown without being right on main street. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was an omelet served in our room. The down side was that we had to hike our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs and our $50 per night room had no window. (Room 7). Everything else was fine.

Desk personnel nice and accommodating. Room is average with a queen size bed, in room a/c and a bathroom. No mini-fridge or microwave. Internet is spotty at best. The desk clerk had to reset the router multiple times before we could get a wi-fi signal. My wife and I had to sit in the hallway outside of our room to obtain an adequate wi-fi signal. A couple of items: 1) no alcohol is permitted in the hotel. We did not know this until after we checked in. 2) you must turn in your room key to the desk clerk if you want the room cleaned. No one said anything about this to us and after 3 days of not having the room cleaned while we were out we finally asked the desk clerk. Strange that you have to turn in the room key for the room to be cleaned. 3) the hotel offers breakfast that they bring in from an outside source. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so I don’t know about the taste.

EL WIFI ESTA MAL

After being at the beach and a long drive from Bocas all I wanted was a hot shower and air conditioning. And this place delivered. Very clean and lots of space even though we were in just a double room. Very friendly staff and breakfast was great and authentic. I will definitely be returning. Thanks so much!

I like its spot less, thelocation is near all. The staff is very helpful

I needed a place to spend the night near the DAVID airport, and this hotel did the job. Although basic, it was very comfortable, super clean, and definitely worthy given the cheap price.

The style of the building was unique. Almost a courtyard effect

This is a very basic, but clean hotel. They do not have a restaurant so breakfast was brought in. I had papaya, omelette and two fried bread. There is an area to make tea in the hallway so after my breakfast was delivered I had to go out to the hallway and make my tea. There were just 4 options for breakfast.

Good for the price

This it not a luxury hotel. It is cheap and a good place to pass a night or two when in transit in or out of Panama or before heading to the mountains or beaches near David. The hotel was clean and the shower had hot water. My room didn't have a window but there were plenty of other rooms which did. I might have asked for a different room had I known beforehand. Surprisingly, breakfast was included in the price and there were several options which could be delivered directly to the room upon request. I didn't see any other common space where breakfast could be served. Breakfast wasn't the best but it was included so I considered it sufficient. Check in was fairly quick and easy and reception was available 24/7. I arrived after midnight and there was a guard outside the entrance as well as the receptionist inside. The front doors were locked until the guard requested they be opened. I felt safe while inside. The hotel is about a five minute walk to a 24 hour grocery store which sells most of what you might need and has a pharmacy. I also walked to the bus station which was under 10 minutes from the hotel.
