-This apartment is a studio and not a 1 bedroom as the pictures indicated. There is no door separating the main bedroom from the fold out couch.
-Door knob is tricky to open.

- Location is right across from La Boqueria market
- Clean
- Washer/dryer although it doesn't quite dry completely. Had to hang up the clothes afterwards.
-Comfortable bed.

Overall nice stay for a week. Convince Store and Market right there made it easy to have breakfast and midnight snacks. Great communication and the staff was lovely. Large space is why it's more money - worth it. The subway is a block away...

Location can’t be beat. Right on the Rambla, across the market and walking distance to sites and transportation. Place was clean and had everything we needed for vacation. Staff was responsive.

This apartment hotel is centrally located in the Gothic area, very convenient to shopping and dining; the market of right across the street from the hotel; several grocery stores are right down stairs and right around the corner. Subway station is right downstairs.
The rooms are clean, the full kitchen is a treat, allowing us to prepare our favorite meals. Washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus as well.
We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return.

This apartment is nice but our room felt like a prison. Windows were high up and decor very basic. It is good for young people and maybe kids La Rambla is not good. Dirty, crowded and with construction even worse. A tourist trap.

We stay here for 3 nights and had a great time. The location is on the heart of the Rambla which makes it handy for any kind of plans you may have. It is one block away from the metro (subway), 3 blocks from the airbus terminal and multiple restaurants near by, including 2 blocks from local and designers stores. Although the Rambla never sleeps, the apartment on a 5th floor rarely hear a noice. Property management and staff were supper friendly and responsive. There are lockers to store your luggage, and the administration office terrace, on the 6th floor, has an amazing view of Barcelona’s skyline. The suite was great, clean and tidy, well maintained with a full kitchen including a washing machine.

This property is centrally located in the middle of all activities. You are in walking distance to all transportation and amazing shopping. There's a several Zara's Primark, Corte de Ingles (Department Store) all less than 10 min walk away.
The unit was clean! I felt very comfortable in the unit and the building. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Just note that they have energy efficiency protocols in play. The hallway light is off until you touch panel, so the hallway may be dark before you touch panel. Panels however, are avessible and maybe 2 steps from elevator of door. Once accessed the lighing is good. There is no or low AC in the lobby, so waiting for a friend or family member in the lobby feels like sitting in an airless vacuum. No big deal, though, you can go outside or synchronize your departure.
The office staff could have been more involved in guidance as to recommendations for dining or activities. I happened to stumble into the office where I saw maps and other information. The office should tell visitors of the assistance available if needed. Once again, no biggie.
I would stay there again in a heart beat.

This is a great option if you want to stay in an area that never sleeps. You’re right on the Rambla, across from La Boqueria, just 15 minutes away from Barceloneta and steps away from the Gothic Quarter. You’ll have countless options for dining, shopping and even attractions nearby. This is a great vacation spot.

Incredible stay at this perfectly situated condo on La Rambla and directly across the street from the La Bouqeria. There's a subway stop right outside that took us north across town too! Clean, comfortable and a perfect size for our family of 4 (boys slept in the pull out - ages 6 and 9). It's a very quiet unit as it sits in the back of the building with a cute balcony overlooking a peaceful walkway. Condo had all the amenities needed for dishes and laundry and was serviced once during our stay of 3 nights. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

Great value specially for families. Right in the center of Ramblas. Loved the space and in-suite amenities.
Very neat and clean. Proactive communication by the staff before the arrival and my check in/out was smooth.
Couple things to be aware of. First, if your suite/room faces La Ramblas street, noise from the street can be heard as the windows/balcony door are not sound proof. We heard festivity from the street until 3am Saturday.
Second, there is no one attending the lobby, office is located on the top floor and only operates until early afternoon.

Excellent apartment. Awesome location. Right in front of Boqueria market and subway station. Very clean. We had a water leakage and the ey tried to fix it right away. Communication is excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Apartment in the heart of Barcelona. Walking distance to restaurants and the old historic sites. Loved our time in Barcelona and this location made it so convenient. The place was impeccable and the management staff very friendly.

While Marianna was excellent in providing advice and giving us keys after hours, the noise from the metro on the lower floors was very disturbing. Also the bathroom door was broken and was not fixed during our 4 day stay. I can't believe this hotel has such a high rating !!

Will almost repeat what everyone has said before. Best place to stay for all tourist-y stuff. Out of the door and you are walking in La Rambla. Inside the door, super quiet place to stay.
We were there for 3 days before the cruise, and were able to make use of every minute.
Small inconveniences like not enough shelf or storage space but didn’t bother us because we used the room only to sleep and was out most of the time.

Great location! Good communication with management. Everything in working order. The washer/dryer combo was not very good but I have found that the combo machines are all terrible. They take HOURS to wash & dry and clothes never get fully dry even after a 2-hour cycle. Don’t select properties based on washer/dryer access. Choose a laundry service instead. But, other than that, we enjoyed the apartment. Requested extra towels & pillows and received them. Like all other European accommodations we have had, they do not have top sheets or washcloths. Consider bringing flat sheet if you’re like me and find it a little gross to sleep under a duvet only. Also bring inexpensive washcloths you can leave behind.

The apartment was great. Very clean but the neigh it was noisy, it’s understandably on a loud street so you should expect some noise. Overall great experiece and friendly staff

The location is fantastic. The service and communication were excellent. We had a late night check-in. Even though the hotel is unstaffed at that time, they sent us very detailed instructions on how to get in the building and retrieve our keys from the lockbox. They also provided a contact number if we had any problems. Check-in was very easy and we just had to show our passports and pay the city tax the next day.
The apartment was great, though minimally furnished. We did have to track down a housekeeper for a second bath towel, as only one was provided in the room. No big deal.
One thing may be an big issue for some, but it wasn't for us, is the subway line in front of the hotel. The subway here is rather shallow, so you will hear the low rumble and feel a slight vibration every few minutes as a train passes in front of the hotel. We were on the 3rd floor and it was noticeable, but not bothersome to us.
Overall, it was a good stay and we would book it again.
