I LOVED the mango pancakes!

Excellent stay!! The most beautiful and attentive staff, spacious rooms, very clean, walking distance to the bustling old town or you can ride to town with free bikes provided. Breakfast was delicious with large servings. They organized transport to and from danang, helped organize tours and spa treatments. Cannot fault the service or stay at all!! Just perfect.

This was an amazing stay. The owners are a small family and the staff was very quiet, polite, and accommodating. The breakfast was included and was substantial with fresh fruit every morning. The rooms was very cosy and clean. The pool was well maintained and refreshing. We would definitely return here on our next trip to Hoi An. An easy 15 minutes walk along the river to Old Town and so many dining options within walking distance.

Zen exceeded any and all expectations. They certainly added to my experience in Hoi An.

The hotel located about 45 minutes from DANANG airport but they can arrange pick up for about $19 in private car. This hotel is close to the old town in Hoi An, clean and big room. The staffs are super friendly.

Excellent stay. Very friendly helpful staff and owners. Felt more like staying in someone's home, who care about you and their property. Breakfast was included and outstanding. I'll be going back.

Very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast included. Arranged a motor bike rental for me (it was dropped off / picked up - zero hassle). Gave great advice. Location is walking distance to Old Town Hanoi and beach. Free bicycle usage (I used it many times).

The room was very spacious and clean. Quiet. Staff very helpful with getting tickets, taxi etc..Excellent breakfast options.

We stayed at the hotel only for one night visiting Hoi An. The room was fantastic, clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was very good too, lot of options to choose from. We were hoping to relax a little bit at the pool since we had been traveling quite a lot the previous day's but unfortunately the pool wasn't quite what you would expect from the pictures. We had a scooter rented so it was easy to get around. The hotel is little bit outside from town but still ok distance to walk to the center. Over all we vere quite happy with our stay.

Wow what a beautiful boutique Zen is! We stayed 4 nights and truly loved it. The styling is the best we saw in Vietnam, the bedroom was so relaxing and the bed (mattress, pillows, duvet) made for a perfect nights sleep. Breakfast was a delicious and colourful feast which we looked forward to each day. Good WiFi connection and we used the free bicycles to cycle to the coconut baskets. Nice 20 minute walk into the old town area. Perfect location, you won’t regret staying here. Seemed like a family business and we were always greeted but them.

This was the absolute best stay on our Vietnam trip. A wonderful boutique hotel with Lovely rooms and perfect atmosphere and close to Hoi An center. Breakfast was so good and rich with lovely International and Vietnamese touch. We met the very nice owner family who runs their hotel with a high personal empathy. Their staff who helped us a lot - Miss Wy and Mr Will - are so good and show their absolute best in all situations. They are worth a lot for this nice hotel. We hope we will come back many times and stay here of course. Big congratulation to this extraordinary small hotel with 9 rooms!!!

The location is a bit further from ancient town (15 min walk) but they provide free bikes for you! Overall very relaxing and perfect.

Clean, simple. Excellent value! This place had what we needed!

We loved our stay here. It is on a pretty quiet street. The rooms are huge, with very comfortable beds. We found the staff to be very helpful, especially Will at the reception desk. The breakfast was very good, and varied a bit each day. The bikes are in good condition, which we used to go to the beach and ride around the rice fields.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The breakfast is very good and the service excellent. It’s a walking distance to the night market and other attractions in the old town. I would highly recommend this hotel while in Hoi An.

We really enjoyed our time at Phanta Stay, a very charming, clean and perfectly well located hotel. The staff is also very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay! Beds were the comfiest I’ve had in all of Vietnam and rooms were spacious and clean. Service was hit or miss depending on who you got, but that being said, still worth the book.

The pool is large and relaxing after a day trekking through the ancient village. As for the service it was divided, Thuong was amazingly informative and very helpful down to every detail, as well as explaining to us his Vietnamese culture, traditions and lifestyle. Vy on the other hand was good at booking tours but lacked the fine detail that left a few of are outings less than perfect. And be careful if you book the hotel private driver for trips to Bana Hills or the airport they understand Next to no english. Upon exit however l think they dropped the ball checked out at 12 and informed them that are luggage need a bellman, waited in lobby 30 minutes and no luggage. So just a heads up, you may need to carry your own luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs, but once again l think if Thoung would have been working during are check out it would have been taken care of. Regardless, l would still recommend this hotel and would stay again.

It was amazing great staff,great location and magnificent establishment. The hotel is an easy walk to the main part of town but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle.Stayed 6 nights was the best place by far.

The room was spacious, good breakfast. Although the staff always had higher rates, if asked to book additional services, like spa or bus booking or laundry. Do not listen to their reviews about places around, and do your research beforehand.
