Located along shophouses with massage shops and cafes that opens till late. Check in is fast and easy. But the room was disappointing as the toilet was not cleaned properly. Clumps of hair on room floor. Floor mat was abit dirty. Toilet bowl wasn’t flushed, with used cigarette butt and yellow substance all round the toilet bowl and sink. We were grossed out but since staying for one night only, we didn’t make a fuss and just cleaned up the toilet ourselves.

It was very clean and cosy. Quite reasonable for a 3-star accommodation. Don't expect more than a comfy room.

For a chill night is more than worth. Not to worry if you drive, there is a guard pacik who'll look after your vehicle at night. Also, even if you doesn't drive you can grab right? What's more important than the hotel to be clean and comfy? Oh but a tip, not sure why lately Marion Hotel has quite a few mozzies. If you see 1 in your room so not hesitate to alarm the counter staff about it ya.

Overall, I have a wonderful experience during our stay in the hotel, it was so quiet, very neat, i love the shower there is a hot and cold. I sleep so well. Its very convenient to us cus its near to the mall.

Clean room with basic amenities.Convenient. Walking distance to Leisure Mall (10-15 mins) and Pelangi Plaza (15-20 mins). Many dining places around. Doorstep away from Seasons. However, there is no lift in the hotel. So guest with heavy luggages or walking disabilities do take note.

Nice budget hotel for a night stay, parking available outside with security patrolling the area

For a simple stay is ok. The room I slept in is kind of itchy on the mattress n blanket. It is dirty with hair but they dun bother to change the sheets

Room was decent for its price, bathroom is on the smaller side. When you shower the rest of the area gets wet. Basic toiletries are provided.

Everything is good and pleasant stay. Walk-able distance to some famous restaurant, cafes and Giant supermarket.

The room and bed is clean

Staff are friendly and helpful, The famous Lavender Pastry shop just 100 metres away from hotel Which is very good. Also Restaurant Giannies and Sweetwater Restaurant just metres away , a blessing as there is nothing else to recommend.

Near massage places and local food places. KSL Mall within walking distance, recommend to take a short cab ride/grabride. Clean room and good comfort. Take non-smoking room.

Price was ok for budget hotel. It is beside seasons bakery and lavender bakery a short walk. Seven Oaks is the same stretch too but a bit further down. No fridge in room, and no windows for my triple room. Toothbrush,shower foam and shampoo is provided.

On check in, the receptionist could not find my booking I had made through Expedia. However, was generously offered an upgraded room with windows for no extra charge. The room was decently furnished and spacious - clean room with basic amenities. The room doesn't come with a safe, phone or water kettle though. The toilet was wet on arrival, which was fine, but during showering, we realized the drainage was clogged and water was not flowing out. We informed the receptionist, and upon verification, offered a change of rooms. The other room however, seemed to be left not fully cleaned up - table had stain marks, toilet soap and shampoo were used. We decided not to bother and made do with the room as we were only staying one night. It definitely wasn't a great experience to have on holiday, but I could complain much as the cost a room is cheap and the staff were still friendly and patience with us - offering options quickly. However, I wouldn't suggest staying at this hotel if you are intending to rest and relax for more than a night.

Experience at this hotel was above average and pleasant. The reception area where we checked in was quite stuffy and warm despite the air-condition being switched on. The hotel did not provide bottled water but a water cooler at the reception to fill their pitchers from the room. Room walls are quite thin so sound made by other guests can be heard clearly from our rooms. On the other hand, the design of the hotel is nice and modern. It is very affordable too. Overall, it is recommended for short stays.
