Great room. Great service. We’d definitely stay there again

The hotel has a very poor breakfast and the room layout is poor.

Good location, but rooms rather strange and quite small.

The room was just ok, the windows opened to the stairway where people outside could see inside. It didn't have a closet, It needed a chair or stool in between the 2 beds, the beds were great, aircon was also ok. We stayed at the 4th floor (a floor below the lobby) so we could hear people if they were particularly noisy outside. One morning, a bunch of people were singing songs, and we figured they were having an event. No, it was just people singing at the buffet. I complained to the lobby that they were very noisy, but we should have not complained in the first place, and they should have told them to keep the noise level down when they started to get noisy. Other than this, it was an great stay,and we would stay here again.

Lodging is at the city center and SM mall and session toad is at your doorstep. For the price, it should at least have a real mini fridge that cools your drink, a cable tv, and a tissue box provided. If this 3 are provided I would have given 4 1/2 stars instead of 3 stars. Rooms are very clean and the bathroom stuff are provided such as: liquid soap, shampoo, body wash, towels and tooth brush & tooth paste.

Breakfast buffet was out or low on items. No sugar for cereal. Had to go to the coffee station and use the brown sugar there. No storage in the room. Had to work out of a suitcase. Wonderful staff! Very attentive and knowledgeable. Needs a bar and I think the rooftop when finished will take care of that. In the center of town so very convenient
