Out of our whole Vietnam trip, this hotel was definitely our favourite. The beds were extremely comfortable and made us feel like we were in our own bedrooms. The food was splendid, with endless choices for breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making conversations with us and making us feel very welcomed. Not a single staff made us feel un-welcomed, they were all equally really kind. Neatness is one of our top priority, and this hotel definitely ticked all the boxes. Honestly wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Wonderful stay here with my partner. The hotel is clean, well kept, great staff. The shuttle to and from hoi an city is just great. The rental bikes are a bonus, my partner & I loved biking around the city. The breakfast buffet was insane and just so many option to choose from. Thank you rosemary for taking such great care of us.

Hotel is amazing, beautiful decor, clean, great service.. breakfast is decent considering its Hoi An.. my daughter slipped and hurt herself in the pool because of slippery tiles they use have razor sharp edges, becareful. Ordered a cocktail and within 2 sips a fly fell in, they didn't seem to care at all - must be the norm here.. be vigilant with your food peeps.
Was hard to catch a taxi back to hotel from old town cause the trip was too short (2kms), only about 40k VND.. overall a good stay.. I won't be back to Hoi An though- overpriced, overcrowded, tourist trap with scammers about.

I loved this hotel, The hotel is elegant and classy and not trying to be flashy. The staff are lovely and the food is great. The hotel is extremely clean and the attention to detail impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious，clean，decoration is good. Staff is polite and helpful. Also ， hotel provides shuttle buses to old town and An bang beach. Except the location is not near old town， everything is good. My family and I enjoy our stay in this hotel.

Hotel looks nice and it's clean. The staff is really nice and wonderful but it's near a construction site and its noise from 8 in the morning.The hotel is also renovating the roof top.the biggest complaint comes from pool.there is a lot of children and people using it but it's to close to the rooms so it's not possible to sleep from 6 in 5he morning.

We stayed at this hotel 2 nights and love it very much. The room is clean and cozy. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. They have free shuttle bus to old town and if you ride a bicycle just about 15 mins. If we will go to Hoi An again, we would like to stay here.

Rosemary hotel experience was great. Staffs were very nice and friendly. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good enough amazing shuttle bus service to go to old town and AnBang beach. Because this reasoning I would highly recommend and I would stay here again!

I was really happy with the pool, my room, and the great assistance from the staff. Although the hotel is a bit out of the centre, they provide a shuttle and make sure you are well cared for!

We enjoyed our stay overall. It was a nice relaxing stay after a long week of travelling and touring. The room could have been cleaner, it was dusty and on first arrival, the floor have sand. The tea cups was not washed properly and it doesnt appear that the tea cups gets qashed every day after our use because the tea pot and the cups was left with tea in them. Apart from this, everything else was great and i would stay here again. The shuttle bus to the old town and the free bikes for use are a plus.

Stayed here for four nights and we were surprised with the service and standards! The staff was really friendly and quick. We had the idea that they are doing multiple room service checks per day. The shuttle bus to the beach/center is convenient but a taxi/Grab is around VND 30k so we were not completely dependent on the shuttle.

It was a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were friendly and most of them spoke good English. They were very caring about our plans and would recommend local trips for us. The swimming pool was really nice, and enjoying breakfast by the pool was very relaxing. However, the hotel is a bit far from the old town (main part of Hoi An). It was about half an hour walk away - but with lots of cafes on the way. The hotel also provided bicycles for the guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Rosemary and would definitely recommend it - especially for the price and superb service!

Brand new, very clean and a comfortable bed. The bathroom itself was also very big and modern.The staff was helpful and accommodating, always eager to help. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.It's a bit out of town, 15-20 minute walk to the center, but they have a free shuttle bus through out the day (both ways), and frre bikes for the guests. A taxi is only a couple of dollars if needed.The only fault I could find is that there is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom, only curtains. It is a brand new hotel and still doing minor touch-ups. So it was not the best time to stay in this hotel for our family. The best part was the hotel provided new and good bicycles for cycling around Hoi An. In general, the services and breakfast need improvement to match with this beautiful and newly built hotel.
