Everything about the hotel was excellent. Friendly staff, clean room & bathroom. No complaints.

In spite of the Great Crowdstrike IT Collapse and not being able to make keycards, check-in was quick and pleasant. Nice rooms, confortable beds, good value and location.

Our bathroom wasnt clean when we checked in and the key card was broken.

I was on the 6th floor and the loud noise from some utility unit was very annoying

Cheking in was a smooth transition. The room had ample space for us. The bathroom was gorgeous. Room was cool when we arrived. What more could you ask for on a hot summer day?

The rooms were spacious, clean, shower is large, hidden refrigerator and microwave. I will go for a longer stay.

great 1 night stay, no complaints… good service and very clean. just wish i had a better room view. my view was just dirt and empty land.

The hotel is brand new and located in an area that is familiar to us as previous residents. Loved that there are more places to shop and eat that are easily accessibleand within walking distance.

There are shopping and restaurant options around the property. The room itself needed to be clean a little bit more but other than that it was a good stay. Staff is pretty much friendly. But beware they charge you a temporary fee on your card.

I love staying at this courtyard in New Brunswick. I’m never disappointed when I stay here. The rooms are always clean, and the staff are very helpful. I highly recommend staying at the courtyard in New Brunswick. You will not be Disappointed !

Hotel was okay but pool was broken without any prior notice provided. When asked if we could use the pool at a nearby sister property we’re told no and were left paying full price without any accommodations or alternate offering from the hotel while not being proactive in notifying customers in advance during a busy weekend.

This was a beautiful small get away. The size of the rooms, the decor and the shower was absolutely amazing.

Spacious and cleans room and bathroom

The room was clean with an updated vibe ( no darks colors) , beds were very comfortable, nice all white bedding & towels. The room had a mini frig & coffee station & low console to support your luggage. A corner comfy chair & ottamon w used quite a bit. The bathroom vanity & shower was spacious & modern with all the necessary amenities. The location is a good mid point between New Brunswick & Princeton within a developing town center that is within walking distance to target/Costco/shake shack & a variety of other pub/& finer restaurants options. The developing town center is under construction but didn’t matter to us & we weren’t bothered by any noise or Rt #1 traffic noise at all. However if your hoping for green/nature walk setting this is NOT the place. Parking is on the back side of the building where u enter w your card pass thru a courtyard into the main lobby’s dining area or on the side of the building through the pool hallway. The pool was under construction while we were there the pool is located inside surrounded by a glass corner of the main floor & is small but sufficient & with a handicap lift. We were very pleased w our stay & would definitely stay again if returning to visit. There is a limited Starbucks menu & an A pretty good cook to order breakfast menu. For the 10.00 per person prebook price it was ok, however u may find it difficult to get breakfast for the same $ at a local cafe or diner? Although one may want a hardier offering then what’s available.

Services were terrible No standard of Marriott If no provided please at least have water fountain in every flow.

Great stay, however the toilet wasn’t working but they came to fix it the next morning.

Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Plenty of restaurants in the area. I would recommend this hotel to others.
