Good overnight option for the Camino. Guy in cafe for breakfast was friendly and helpful.

Super thin walls. The hotel decided to give the connecting room to a group of teenagers who smoked marijuana and played loud music until 3 in the morning. Because both rooms shared a door; We could hear and smell everything. The hotel staff leaves at 11pm so we had to call the general office 3 times and almost beg for someone to come and take care of the situation. The noise did not stop until after 3 in the morning. The hotel team was completely unapologetic and did not apologize or acknowledge the situation they put us through by giving a connecting room to strangers. In addition to this incident; The hotel is quite old and run down. Good for a short stay, but wouldn't recommend for more than 2 nights.

Very basic hotel. The room was not exactly as on the pictures. The bathroom was antic. The breakfast was poor. The staff of the hotel is not very friendly and helpful, but the guy from the reception of the hostel part is great,very friendly and helpful person. I am with the feeling that the hostel part is better option if you want to book.

Staff was courteous and place was very clean. There’s a river running behind it and view is nice. I felt like I got the best room in Hostal. I had a great nights sleep!

Modern loft vibe in a vibrant downtown area. Simple furnishings, good bed and shower. Check in was very slow but maybe the clerk was new. The breakfast buffet was adequate and well priced. I’d stay there again

Awful room. Very uncomfortable bed. Barely slept due constant traffic noise. Everything was bare basics eg no extra blankets pillows etc. Didn't have a restaurant. Massively over-priced for what it offered

The hotel was a great value. The breakfast was good and the room was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Its a short walk to the Templar castle. And the hotel is right on the Camino De Santiago.

The hotel was in a good locatiom and the staff were friendly. However, the room was bad. Paint and tiles were peeling and the toilet never stopped flushing especially during the night. There was dust on everything and the water came out brown and at times wasn't hot. They said silence after 11pm. I came after that and was quiet but others didn't so it was so loud with someone also playing a show loudly. It was an uncomfortable experience and I won't stay there again. If it wasn't for 2 of my top being fully booked, I wouldn't have stayed there.

This is a very pleasant hotel in Ponferrada center . It is well located 8-10 minute walk from Castillo de los Templarios and the old town. Our room was very large quiet and comfortable . Very well priced and buffet breakfast was very good for 5 euros .

All was fine..... I didn’t understand the lack of breakfast in the restaurant. Probably my fault as I’m not fluent in Spanish but all I could get seemed to be coffee and toast. Other items were listed in the menu but not available.

Great stay, huge and comfortable bed. Clean bathroom, i loved the rainfall shower. Staff is superfriendly and helpful, I was in so much pain, and the receptionist girl helped me with my bag

The location of the property was pretty great, but the elevator set up was strange - it drops you off between floors, so you still have to go up about a flight to get to the rooms.

The good: Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, service was great, laundry service was available and affordable, and in the room there were USB charging ports *and* a universal outlet, so any plug or charger from anywhere could be used without an adapter. I wish all hotels had this!!The bad: the walls were paper thin. So thin that I could hear my neighbours speaking on the phone (both sides of the conversation), snoring, and... other things. There are even signs in the room to notify guests that silence is required after 11pm, so it’s clear they know how easily every sound transfers between rooms.

Stylish, handy and close to most amenities. There was however a constant dripping sound that came from somewhere and we couldn't work out how to make it stop (language barrier).
