It was like a great penthouse with three double beds and two singel beds. It was Fresh and spacious with a kitchen , nice balcony. Two bathrooms and the area around near pl Cataluña was great. We Will return . It felt like a luxious stay .

Location is excellent. The place we got was too spacious, it could easily fit2 small families. For people looking at this option, remember, its an apartment not a hotel! Theres no 24 h concierge! The person who welcomed us was available by phone, he requested a a taxi to the airport for us, but again, you are given the keys and you're in and out on your own, which was fine with us. It would have been nice if there were few coffee pods (Nespresso machine was there) with some tea bags and sugar sachets. Recommend it.

My family of 6 arrived and immediately had contact with Albert from Serennia. He gave us perfect instructions and met us at the door. Checked us in, gave us a tour, recommendations, and advice. The room was perfect for all of us, plenty of room, great air conditioner, close to absolutely everything we could imagine.

Right in the centre of the city, this place is spacious and within walking distance of most attractions. Loads of shops and bars nearby and readily available taxis and public transport if you’re less keen on walking. Albert and his team are super accommodating and really welcoming -nothing is too much trouble. Perfect for a larger group of friends or family (like we were!).

Excellent location, very clean. Stayed with my family of 10. Plenty of room for everyone. Shopping and public transportation within a block. Would definitely stay again if I ever return. Thank you for an incredible experience.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much effort for them. As a group of lads, the property was a short taxi ride from the beach/clubs so very good location.

The apartment is huge, clean and beautiful. The location was perfect and most importantly the owner was very nice, attentive and liked to help, the check in and check out were flexible and there is no doubt that we will return. highly recommend!

Excellent! Super easy check in and check out. I needed taxis for the airport and access to a printer and they were so supportive. The apartment has excellent location with two delicious coffee shops for fast breakfast. The apartment was super clean and supper comfortable. Perfection!

The location was very convenient and Albert was efficient. We were in a 3-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor, the main bedroom was on the Main Street side, very noisy all night, the windows do not keep the noise out which is a shame. The apartment sleeps 7, we were 6, plenty of room, however, the kitchen is not very well equipped, we only wanted to cook breakfast and have pre-dinner drinks in the place but there was no frying pan, only 3 champagne glasses and no wine glasses, no tea towel. Loads of plates though??

This apartment was incredible, in an excellent location close to restaurants, shops, and metro. Taxis outside were very frequent too. Service was very smooth and welcoming. Overall we had a great stay.

Staff at receptions super friendly as helpful. Apartment great, right in the heart of Barcelona. Walking distance of everything and taxi stand handy for longer trips. Good facilities and restaurants all around.

Awful Experience. The air conditioning was broken when we arrived. There are three bedrooms but only one has air conditioning. No hot water in the shower. The staff was rude when we reported the a/c problem. They told us they were to busy to help and it wasn’t their problem. We were told they would change our towels and once we asked for the towels they said we were responsible for washing them. We bought detergent and washed the towels and the dryer did not work, we had wet towels. Cold showers and wet towels. Two nights with a broken a/c and they finally sent a technician, to no avail. A/C still did not work properly. Uncomfortably hot in the apartment. It was an awful experience. We chose this place for the a/c since my husband and sister are diabetic. It was simply horrible. The condition of the apartment and the staffs lack of hospitality were inexcusable. The have a concierge for the building which I explained my distress and she offered to help by taking the wet towels to the terrace to dry. Would never recommend this property. Ruined my vacation in Barcelona. A lot of my time was spent trying to contact the management office and getting the problems corrected.

Spacious apartment with three(!) bathrooms, which was very nice for six of our family members to prepare in the mornings. Staff was nice and informative, and we were welcomed to store our luggages after our check-out which was very efficient. Obviously its location is very central and easy to access. Although the bathrooms and its facilities appear slightly old, we had in overall very pleasant stay!

The Room/Space - the apartment had a great view and plenty of space for our family of four. It had a little terrace where we could sit and have coffee or wine, a sitting area with a view overlooking the city street, and a living room. We did not feel cramped at all. The Cons:Cleanliness - The apartment was “just cleaned” and finished as we were arriving and checking in, but on getting into the apartment at the 4:00pm allowed checkin time the dishwasher was still running, there was an old towel on the top shelf and a dirty, used tissue as well. It was a little gross. The Bathroom - The bathroom was also dirty. Beside the toilet were obvious pee stains on the wall where the cleaners had missed or forgot to clean. The shower was also one of the worst we have ever stayed in. The water backed up and caused you to stand in an inch or two of water. There was mold and rot along the floor.
