The apartment comes with a balcony and mini kitchen. Super quiet place and 5-10 mins walk to everywhere. Super friendly and accommodating staff. This is my second visit so it says a lot! I will come again.

Rita and Sabrina were so helpful, even helping us actually get to the right piazza when we mistakenly stopped too soon. The apartment is spacious, spotless and breakfast provided was fabulous!

Although we were unfortunately ill, the hospitality shown by Sabrina and crew was amazing. She went out of her way to help and accommodate us. The rooms were spacious, homey, and nice. Quiet by Italian standards as well. I’d return in a heartbeat.

Walking distance from the Orvieto Duomo 7 mins. Remember to inform hostel your arrival time. Clear instruction to check in. Provides with a small kitchen and balcony. Comfortable double bed.

Excellent communication in advance and during stay. The apartment has everything one could need for a short or extended stay and is centrally located to all the sites in Orvieto. Highly recommended.

I loved my sweet apartment and especially the lovely terrace. My only regret was that my trip was for one night. I would love to be at Casa Vera for at least a week (preferably LONGER). I look forward to being there again.

So beautiful and quiet here!!The room had a kitchen which was a nice surprise. It’s so wonderful to be right in the middle of old town. We strolled around at night and it was magical.

Beautiful accomodations in ancient city!

The staff was very helpful upon check in. The apartment may not be good for the elderly or those with young children as there are multiple levels but it was spacious, clean, plenty of amenities and centrally located. Nice European breakfast.

Gorgeous apartment in fun medieval city. There is parking available. Staff very helpful, went above and beyond. I would have enjoyed spending a few more days here.

The only problem was trying to contact the hotel. Either Hotels .com or the hotel gave the wrong phone number on the confirmation. The hotel was great.

It was fun to stay in the center of the old city. It is tricky, but do-able to navigate there with luggage, but worth the hassles. The city is quaint and beautiful. Sabrina is a gracious host and is very helpful. The apartment was perfect for 3 adults. Sabrina’s nearby wine bar was a fun stop. We would be happy to visit again!

Our room had a kitchenette and a terrace. It was great. I'm not sure I was aware of those features when I booked (was booking many parts of our trip all at once so may have overlooked details), but was pleasantly surprised when we got into the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment right in the center of the historic town. Easy walk to the Duomo, several great restaurants, and shops. The hotel has a great restaurant/wine bar right on site. Wonderful host.

There was confusion at check-in and we were shown to the wrong unit. Rita rectified this as quickly as she could, but it was quite stressful. The apartment I had booked for two nights was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately there was a train strike on the day we were due to leave, but we were unable to leave our cases at the hotel since the reception is not manned. We had to leave them at the train station which meant a bit of going backward and forwards. before we could catch a train.

The flat was lovely, clean and comfortable. It fully met our expectations. It is also in a quiet but very central position. Breakfast at 4€, served in the wine bar next door, was optional. It would be useful to ask customers when they check in about any dietary requirements (e.g. diabetic diet) and to offer unsweetened cereal and bread as well as cakes. Once the staff were informed, they were very accommodating.

Casa vera was beautiful. The picture doesn't captured how big and nice the place is. The loft room was spacious and the living room was large! It was easy to accommodate 4 people. The kitchen is big and well equipped. There is no dishwasher, but that was not an issue for us since we ate out everyday. The flat is located in a quite corner away from the touristic areas but only a short 8 minutes walk from the Duomo where the bus drops you up from the train station and only 5-10 from all the main attractions and restaurants. There is a courtyard on the front of the flat which was perfect for coffee or tea. My favorite part about the flat is the view of the wine seller every morning, guests dont have direct access but you can see the wine seller directly from the kitchen.The host Sabrina was fantastic! She is well known by the locals and owns the restaurant next door to the flat (breakfast was only €4) she also owns a Bottega nearby.

We stayed in the Iris suite at Casa Vera. It is a large and clean space with a separate sitting area and kitchen. The B&B is centrally located, just a few blocks from the Duomo and many restaurants. Rita and Sabrina were very attentive. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Orvieto.

We had a great stay at this property. It was on a quiet street just a couple blocks away from restaurants and shopping. Orvieto is a great town to spend a couple days in. Would recommend staying here to any visiting this town.

A cute little apartment owned by a gracious couple. They were very helpful and kind. The building is very nice and in the center of the small town of Orvieto. I enjoyed my stay there very much.
