The hotel is fun and trendy - at times loud as is the case w most A Lofts. Definitely more of a solo or couple stay as there is no privacy

We specifically booked a hotel in Miraflores and loved the pictures of this hotel online, however while the hotel is modern and very clean it is not what you see in the pictures. It's also not very close to restaurants and other tourist areas like we had hoped.

Nice hotel and has an excellent staff! The location is very convenient, walkable, and with plenty of options for eating nearby. They also give you free water to keep you hydrated, which was very important for me to not spend money on that.
The only thing that was a little disappointing was the breakfast options, I kind of expected more from it.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Lima. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. This is a property with a particular design and construction that is not confortable for people above 60. Rooms are small and bathroom too. Quality of breakfast is fair. A few options for celiac that were offer immediately. However It is the first time during the trip I had an episode of gluten intolerance. Apparently was the natural yogurt without sugar. We arrived at midnight and the bellboy at the front door did not move one piece of his body to help us. My husband asked him to help me with the luggage. Receptionist was very friendly but it is the first time I have to fill out a form at the receptionist of a hotel, apparently because they try to prevent trafficking (fair). We arrived to the room and the lights were on (weird) and the facial soap without wrapping (weird) Coffee was set only for one person (we request more) Uncomfortable place in the closer for the coffee machine. Room was cold if you do not have the black out shoes down.
Shower was ample and with good pressure. Mattress was confortable as well.
In general the staff was quick to response and eager to help. Not the best hotel for people above 60 years old. But thank you for all the recommendations regarding shopping and transportation.

The staff were professional, courteous and very helpful in regard to any of our needs. The accommodations were excellent, always clean, as well as throughout the hotel premises. There were many delicious food options around the hotel, as well as the restaurant, located on the premises. The location was perfectly situated for exploring the Miraflores area, and just a short walk to the coast. Definitely a hotel I will return to.

The women who checked me in was not friendly at all, I believe her name was fresia. The only reason I know her name is because I had another issue and had to ask her what her name was so I could submit this. A local friend dropped off a gift to me at the front desk and when I returned from dinner she was at the front desk. I asked her if someone dropped something fior me, she instantly said there is nothing here so maybe check in your room. I did, and it wasn’t there so I had to go back down. She THEN went in the room to the right of the food bar and found it!
She is lazy, unfriendly and un hospitable. She left a very bad taste in my mouth for the Aloft and Bonvoy brands.

The stay was wonderful. facilities are very clean and staffs are welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located in the convenient location. Close to tourism information center where you can get free guided city tour. Plenty dining options and bars in the walking distance.
I'd like to recommend the hotel gets the published information correctly. They don't have airport shuttle service for a fee. Also, there is no laundry facility for self serviced laundry.

The Aloft hotel is beautiful. It’s cleanliness is A1. The staff is well trained and knowledgeable, nice and friendly. It has a delicious breakfast buffet with a great selection of fresh food.

The hotel is modern, clean and located in a great walkable area of Miraflores. However, I gave it only 4 stars because of the odd bathroom setup in a room with 2 queen beds. The bathroom ddi not have separated doors and the toilet and the shower were separated with semitransparent glass doors, which was very odd. Moreover the space in the toilet cabinet was extremely limited, I was hitting the door with my kneed when sitting on the throne. One needed to warn the rest of the company to stay in beds and do not move around the room when talking shower or staying on the toilet. Odd.

The Best hotel in Miraflores. It has everything you need and everything you could want. The service is top notch and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was first rate. We had our six month old daughter with us and got one of the big suites. It was very spacious, with an amazing corner view. For our little family of three the big corner suite was perfect. It reminded me of a modern one bedroom apartment in the middle of a bustling city. There is a lot of traffic outside but you couldn't hear it. The soundproofing of the windows was unbelievably good. The check in area has a modern, urban feel. There is a restaurant on-site with a bar. And a separate place where they serve breakfast in the morning. They also have a couple of cafe/restaurants on the first floor of the building as well. On top of everything, the hotel is within a mile of the best restaurants in the city. The next time we come back to Lima/Miraflores we are definitely staying at Aloft.

Aloft is located in the perfect area with restaurants, grocery stores, local handicraft markets and more within easy walking. The room was spacious. The free breakfast is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is just perfect for me. The room is big and has lots of surfaces to spread your things. We stayed on the top floor and shower water pressure is high, which I love. The shades block out all the lights completely. There’s enough power outlets to charge your electronics. The breakfast options are great as well and the service is very friendly. We were able to check in 12 pm and the room is reasonably priced. 10/10 would stay here the next time we visit Lima.

The hotel was nice, but we had poor reception on the TV. They unsuccessfully tried to fix it on day one. Then no attempt after that. We had to live with it for six days. Also, the protocol for guests is a bit much. I thought they were going to ask for a DNA sample.

We really liked this place. Raul, at the front desk, was particularly helpful, as were most of the employees we met. Even the cleaning person, who didn't clean our room at our request, greeted me by name and with a smile each morning. The room was quiet, the king bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was good (although, admittedly, the Aloft in Delhi had a fantastic breakfast with all kinds of international dishes). The location is very good. A little bit of a hike to the bike/running trail above the sea cliffs, but it's also central to the main street, restaurants, shops, running/cycling trails, even to Barranco's art district which we loved. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends, next time we're in Lima.

My husband and I spent an extended weekend here for his birthday. It was our first time in South America, and we had a blast. Memorable experiences! The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. The staff were amazing. And the breakfast was top notch. We will definitely be back !
