Amazing food and really friendly staff. They made our stay very easy

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff here is very friendly, warm and helpfull. Nothing was to much for them. Mr. Venky and gopal at the reception. Check in was very quick. And the restaurant was great. Everybody is friendly and do there work with love and a smile. Nothing is to much. We want to thank sajana, santosh, indumati, shivakumar and every restaurant staff for excellent service. Chef ramasadhivan, youre food was deliciuos. In this hotel you get the feeling of home far away from home. Rooms are good. Breakfast is good and has everything. And dessert are yummie. This was such a nice hotel where even the cleaning personnel rahim and vanita came to ask us if the rooms were cleaned to our satisfation. Well done marriott madurai!! Keep doing youre work with love and dedication! For sure we will be staying here again if were in madurai. Thank you very much for a wonderfull stay.

Very Good food prepared by Chef Selvam .we enjoyed our dinner for two nights.Chef Selvam was great in creating mouth watering dishes.We highly recommend this place for business and family travelers.

Staff from all departments were courteous and very helpful, food was delicious and service was excellent, Monalisa, Pandiyan, Raficul and other staff members (including manager & chef) went xtra mile to provide requested dishes promptly. We hired a suv from hotel for a long distance, v r happy with mr Balasubramani’s good driving skills.

Excellent clean and pleasing environment. Staff are extremely helpful and attentive, particularly Rafikul and Shreya in the dining room. Their constant attention made our dining experiences most enjoyable. Reception staff are also nice beyond expectations.

My room was neat, breakfast was good. Elegant place for Elite customers who seek a luxury staying experience. Staff was good, Chef Rama was interactive during my breakfast. Only downside is that I requested for a late check-out due to my itinerary timings but was denied giving the reason that the room is going to be occupied immediately after my departure which I'm not sure how true it is since they got plenty of rooms that they could've offered one of them to the next customer.

Clean environment and very helpful staff.

The staff was excellent and service was great. A bit disappointed by bathroom as water from shower was leaking into the toilet whenever we took shower. The food was excellent and people who served were awesome especially Shreya, Siddiq and Sachin. They took real good care of us. Front desk went out of the way to decorate the groom/bride room. Thank you.

Right from arrival & check in through to check out this hotel would be one of my favourites across the world. Super friendly, extremely efficient with "a nothing is too much trouble" attitude by each & every staff member. Excellent selection of dishes in the restaurant and very attentive wait staff.

Nice place to stay

All the hotel staff, including the front desk and managers, were amiable and offered excellent service. The buffet spread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was amazing.

Great options for food. It tasted delicious. Chef Selvan was very helpful. He ensured we tried the local cuisine. I will rate 5/5 for f&b. Ameer from front desk was also very helpful. He was polite and knowledgeable. Overall I felt the the hotel was clean,staff was courteous and food was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.
