The stay was great, as always. Very friendly staff, super clean hotel and very home-like, comfortable, spacious rooms. The pool is very nice. Too bad there is no change room. Breakfasts are also very good. The fresh baked waffles are the best. One of our favorite for Edmonton visits for sure!

Good location although right now the construction on the road beside the hotel makes access to the highway difficult especially if heading to the airport. Close to restaurants. Great breakfast - the breakfast staff was amazing!! Lots of space in the room and hood layout. The a/c was noisy and they need another pillow (or 2) on the bed. 3 isn’t enough for a king bed for two.

I booked two rooms and they both were a little broken from the inside, there was no tea bags in the coffe maker, in most good hotels I have stayed in they have safes, but you guys don't, there should have been more vegetarian options in breakfast, should have better tv channels, but overall safe rooms and nice transport.

The property and rooms are wonderful, we had a late check in at 11:30 pm after a long hectic day driving and neither of my cards would work, even though I KNOW they both were good, desk clerk not very helpful with this though he got something to work saying my card had not been charged yet but was just “holding” my room and to give them my card again in the morning. Looked at my cc statement and it had been charged immediately so…very frustrating check in late at night.

Great service, clean and conveniently located. Hotel is close to shopping areas just of Hwy to Calgary. Hotel was quiet and staff was very friendly. Rooms are specious and very clean. The free breakfast had lots to choose from.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing I would suggest is that you change up your breakfast everry other day. Eating the same breakfast for 5 straight days gets a bit boring.

It was an average stay. We were told upon check-in that rooms are cleaned every second day. On Friday, we were gone from our room most of the day and left the dirty towels on the bathroom floor, left the bed unmade and had a ton of garbage in our room that needed to be taken out. We went to a baseball game and didn’t get back until later in the night. When we got back, our room hadn’t been touched. No clean towels, garbage still there, bed unmade. My husband had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask for towels/facecloths and I made up the bed. We then found a garbage can near the elevators and disposed of some of our garbage. It was very inconvenient to have to deal with that so late at night. We arrived on a Wednesday and checked out Saturday. Our room should have been cleaned at least once during the time. There was some other small issues. The bathroom door slides and it fell off the hinge twice. Luckily my husband is a contractor and was able to fix it, but it’s a heavy door to be lifting to try and get on a track. There is no fan in the bathroom which means the mirror is steamed up when getting out of the shower and it takes a while to clear up. The lamp on the right hand side of the couch had a broken switch and we weren’t able to turn it on. We can’t common on the breakfast as it was always very busy so we just got takeout the three mornings we were there. It was nice to have a kitchenette and separate seating area.

Great place to stay

It was amazingly nice hotel. Everything was good there, room was big enough for three of us, food was nice and served really long time. Also, their checkout time is very flexible at noon which made my child to get ready in the morning. We stayed two nights and that was very satisfactory.

New, clean, very good breakfast included for this type of hotel. Great location if you are stopping on the way to Calgary. There are restaurants around but they are a 5-10 min drive.
