We booked a kitchenette suite; however, it did not have a cooktop. This was a mistake on our end to not have read the details. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast offerings were not to our liking as the breakfast sandwiches were premade and there was a waffle bar. My husband is diabetic so this menu did not work for us. Staff was super friendly & helpful.

The room was spacious and the staff were great. My room had a funky smell to it like someone had been smoking in it previously or living in it for a while. On the surface it appeared clean though.

Great hotel and location close to the airport and south amenities, convenient breakfast, very comfortable lounge, loved the 24h tea and coffee, clean room with everything needed in the suite.

It was a wonderful stay! Originally had booked 2 nights but upon arrival, we had something come up and needed to cancel our second night. The hotel was extremely understanding and canceled our second night with no penalty!

Room was amazing! The extra room from the separate living area was great, and we absolutely loved all the counter space for our belongings. The full kitchen will be great for longer stays in the future. Great breakfast too with lots of choices!

Everything from checking in to staying to checking out was amazing!! No complaints and will definitely stay again and recommend to everyone!

Everything was fine, only negative was the breakfast buffet. It was lacking fruit selections and cold cuts. The breakfast sandwiches were not good. There should be scrambled eggs, potatos and bacon. The waffle were very good, though. The coffee was bad, should be cappuccino machines not big old urns.

The air conditioning system does not run if it is not actively cooling or heating. Zero air circulation. Also, no white noise where the hotel suites are facing a busy highway.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great. The hotel pool was busy, but open late which was great. The key cards weren’t working at first, but the staff were organized and brought the keys to our rooms after they fixed it.

Good breakfast options , great service, very clean , the only thing I thought was a little lame was the lack of options on the tv , would have been nice to be able to order or watch a movie there wasn't very many channels and the numbers on the guide didn't match the actual channels other than that it was a great experience. It was nice to see a full kitchen in the room if I stayed longer it would have been a great help .

We really enjoyed the contactless check in. We arrived late and it was super easy to access building and room straight from the app. Was very pleased with the accommodation and was in a great location for us.

The stay was great, as always. Very friendly staff, super clean hotel and very home-like, comfortable, spacious rooms. The pool is very nice. Too bad there is no change room. Breakfasts are also very good. The fresh baked waffles are the best.

Good location although right now the construction on the road beside the hotel makes access to the highway difficult especially if heading to the airport. Close to restaurants. Great breakfast - the breakfast staff was amazing!! Lots of space in the room and hood layout. The a/c was noisy and they need another pillow (or 2) on the bed. 3 isn’t enough for a king bed for two.

The property and rooms are wonderful, we had a late check in at 11:30 pm after a long hectic day driving and neither of my cards would work, even though I KNOW they both were good, desk clerk not very helpful with this though he got something to work saying my card had not been charged yet but was just “holding” my room and to give them my card again in the morning. Looked at my cc statement and it had been charged immediately so…very frustrating check in late at night.
