I was happy with the room, it was spacious clean and quiet. Additionally we eat dinner (prepared by the owner grandmother and served by his daughter). Good communication and atmosphere, convenient location.

The property is really beautiful and confortable. The service is great and it is near the main atractions in La Habana. Recommended!

Boutique Casa 1932 was a truly beautiful, welcoming, caring and tranquil place to stay in Havana. I felt the real soul of Havana staying with Luis and his wonderful team. A home away from home! I’ll be back!!

We found Louis and his staff to be warm, gracious and attentive. They went out of their way to help us out by letting us stay in the room several hours past checkout time, then arranged a taxi for us. You can tell that Louis put much effort into the casa, which is charming and full of character. The high ceilings (6 metres!) give the rooms a sense of spaciousness, and the wooden doors and windows are gorgeous. On top of this, the casa is full of interesting antiques. Finally, the breakfast, whicht is included in the price, was simple and delicious.

There are many photos online of this beautifully decorated time-capsule casa, which is stuffed with antiques and mementos from the 1930s – they are a testament to the taste and design flair of the owner. What the photos can’t show is the huge warm welcome you will get there from absolutely everyone in this friendly and artistic household. The owner is a great character who also helped us to obtain fantastic tickets for events. Breakfasts were excellent. Centrally located - it's easy to get around on foot. There's also a car and a friendly driver available if you have further to go or prefer to travel in style.

There are many good things to say about Boutique Casa 132. First , the host , Luis ( and his family) are just wonderful - welcoming, super helpful, interesting, warm. Luis will assist you in anyway possible - a super thing to have in a city like Habana. The quaint B &B is filled with antiques and collectibles that Luis will pridefully show you, and the home is historic as well. The staff makes a great breakfast personally served on the little patio, and will even wash your clothes ( for free - but please do tip) It's a block from the Malecon and Caribbean, a short walk to Habana Viejo, and a taxi ride to anywhere. It's quiet , safe, and homey. I have stayed in Havana many times - in Casa Particulares, and in 3, 4 or 5 star hotels. This stay felt the most personal, welcoming, authentic, and just felt good. Puts a smile on your face...I will go back for sure,

We were really impressed with Casa 1932. It’s a unique space with 1930s decor in a convenient part of town for Centro Habana, Habana Vieja, and Vedado. Luis and his team went above and beyond our expectations and services like WiFi, breakfast, and drinking water in the fridge to set this apart from other places we stayed in Cuba.

We loved Casa 1932!! Amazing Havana Experience!!!! Totally safe and secure, Casa 1932 is situated right off the Malecon (ocean wall) in an authentic Havana neighborhood with easy access to Old Havana to the east (15 min walk) or Verdado to the west (20 min walk.) We loved long strolls thru the “real” Havana streets. Casa 1932 was a magical experience, a great way to frame our visit to Havana. Our host Luis painstakingly keeps his ancestral home decorated authentically in the art nouveau fashion for which it was built. Beautifully tiled floors, antique mirrors and stained glass reflect the style of the preserved architectural treasures found in this city frozen in time. Standing anywhere in this meticulously decorated casa particular made us feel like we’d fallen back decades in time to the Havana of 1930’s, 40’s and 50’s. Luis and his family made us feel like one of their own with a warm welcome and spot on tips. He helped us navigate the city and find the best cultural experiences. While helpful to book us at excellent restaurants and shows w transport arranged, Luis also had great tips guiding us to explore the city on our own. Our room was immaculate w/ bottled water provided daily in our rooms small refrigerator with hot water kettle for teas. Breakfast was a lovely assortment of local fruits and eggs any style, made to order. Laundry service and dinner provided if desired. If you’re going to Havana you’ll have a great stay with Luis at Casa 1932.

Luis and his team is a great host. He helps where ever he can, has a perfect knowledge of Havanna. Cousine is feasible with this. If you looking for an insight life of Havanna / Cuba go there.

Louis and his family welcomed us into their home. Great advice on trips and local attractions. Cant fault facilities - internet, tea in room, laundry etc. Excellent breakfasts and a lovely evening meal. Fascinating decor.

Luis and his team are incredible. They make you feel like you are at your own home. The casa is like a part of a museum with a lot of history of Luis’ family and old Cuba. The room that we stayed was always clean and they provided daily room cleaning service. Location of the casa is very convenient you can walk through the Malecon to Havana center. I would suggest everybody to have a breakfast and dinner in there, because Luis’ mother cooks various delicious dishes. Luis also helped us on our daily trips. He recommended us the best places and the people, so we were able to explore Cuba with the local people. Thank you Luis! We will definitely come back and stay at Casa 1932!

You cannot go wrong staying with Luis and his amazing team while in Havana. We were met upon our arrival with smiling faces, fresh juice, and invited to sit and relax. It felt remarkably like arriving to visit family and the warmth was there our entire stay. Luis was super helpful in educating us about Havana highlights, scheduling taxis and tours, and checking on us regularly to ensure we were enjoying our time with him and his team. The property is located in a great spot. A very short walk to the malecón and and an easy stroll to the usual tourist areas along with the great restaurants in the neighborhood. The team was always there to greet us with a smile and help with anything else we could possibly need. Luis has a really fantastic operation here I would recommend to anyone. Clean, safe, walking distance to just about everything you want to do, and a team of folks focused on making you happy? 10/10!!!

Hidden gem! The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We ate dinner and breakfast there and both were outstanding and very reasonably priced. The surrounding area feels a little sketchy at first but after a couple days it felt completely safe. Would def stay here again.

I highly recommend Casa 1932. The owner Luis is very helpful, he make my stay as comfortable as possible from the very beginning of the trip. There was no problem in arranging transport from the airport. Upon arrival, a well-kept, nice room was waiting for us. It has a large bed, fridge and water in it. Room equipped with a fan, air conditioning and a safe. Internet in the room very good. In the morning, a very tasty breakfast was waiting for us. You have to spend a few moments on a very atmospheric patio. Luis is a very helpful and talkative man. Helps to solve any problem or request.

We did not know what to expect from a "casa", however Mr. Luis the owner did everything in his hands to make our stay unforgettable: the facilities have all what you need, from filtered-drinking-water thru A/C, wifi, breakfast, beautiful-vintage-style-patio unbelievably beautiful, 200 Mts from the sea. (not for bathing, but from the "malecon". Besides, we had absolutely nothing to worry about know that Mr. Luis will help us with every single thing we needed or wanted. When we come back to Havana - We will be back.

The property looks and feels like a momment in history. Better than expected comfort with the look and feel of a historic home. Luis, a 5th generation owner and his family care for the home and its guests. On top of excellent service at the home, he goes above and beyond offering guidance for daily activities. (What to do or not to do) saving us so much time and money while making sure we have the best possible experience. I couldnt imagine learning this amazing city without the help of Luis, his family, and staff. I give this wonderful home my absolute top recomendation. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa 1932. The room was comfortable and we loved the decorated courtyard to relax in after a day walking around Havana. Luis the owner and his family were lovely, kind and friendly and the breakfast set us up for the day. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in a traditional casa rather than a hotel.

This is a most beautiful Casa to stay in. Our host Loui was the most helpful and friendly person as was all of the staff and the breakfast was amazing. It was easy to make bookings for trips and get a taxi but the centre was walkable. Fabulous couple of days. Thank you.

We had high expectations for our stay here as we had read all the previous reviews …. We were not disappointed ! What an amazing place ! Luis is the perfect host - always available to ensure every aspect of your stay is perfect … but never intrusive. He helped us so much in so many ways to ensure our stay was perfect. The Casa is just a 10 minute very easy and beautiful walk down Malecon from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, but in a quiet area which guarantees a restful sleep! The facilities are immaculate and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble … can’t recommend highly enough - thank you Luis ! (He even gifted me an amazing antique Mother of Pearl powder compact as it was my birthday whilst we were there : speechless!!!)

What a wonderful stay I had at Boutique Casa 1932! Luis and his family gave me the warmest of welcomes and were ready to offer help with anything I needed -- from directions and tips, to booking taxis, to setting up outings. The house itself is gorgeous, lovingly maintained and curated with antique and vintage decor. The room I stayed in was equally gorgeous, comfortable and very private. I honestly could not have asked for a nicer experience, and I will carry warm memories of Boutique Casa 1932 for a long time to come.
