Amazing place with own private pool and huge amount of space. Well appointed and super comfortable. About 15 minutes from the beach. A little far out from Pattaya .. so a 30 min drive.
Mini bar quite expensive. Breakfast in the resto was ok, nothing special but ok.
Very quiet, relaxed and chilled place. Private pool was amazing.
Would come back but for us, think staying more than 3- 4 days on the site may become dull.

A few things didn't work or were broken in the room.

Stay 4 nights with my family. Everything was good and our kids enjoyed staying in this lovely villa. The hotel is not close the city centre of Pattaya but you will get a quiet and peaceful surrounding in exchange. Staff were all very nice and professional, easy to communicate in English. Special thanks to Arm and Rainbow from the front desk. They made my stay a truly unforgettable one.

I came here many times and feels like its my second home away from home already. Not everything is perfect, but what in the world is. And we are in Thailand! :)
But for me a hotel/resort come and goes with the staff and at X2 high qualified ppl are working and making everything possible so you get best time ever. Special thanks to khun ARM who works at the Restaurant. You can be happy if he is working when u are there, he just reading every wish from your lips. Thank you so much!

The area is really brilliant, the staffs are very helpful and nice, thank you for helping me to upgrade the room with 2 rooms, the pool inside the room is really nice just the water is too cold haha. Hope to visit your resort again! I like it!

Set up with respect to the property being en-suite pool villas was great. The property however needs to be better maintained.

House keeping staff is not professional, no new supplement for towels and bathrobes, floor is still full of dust and hair after cleaning. One of the room cards was even being taken away from the electricity connection button. Good luck to those who are thinking to come.

i know this is a late review but coming across this past booking, i will leave one. the very first day i arrived i was greeted by hotel staff who were very courteous and accommodating. we were led to the hotel lobby behind these huge heavy doors and to the front desk where we were greeted by very nice ladies and offered refreshments while we waited for our villa.
i was very impressed with the hotel condo and each condo came with a private swimming pool. the entire condo was very clean and smelled wonderful and fresh. kitchenette had very high end appliances and coffee, water, dishes, glasses and silverware also on hand. upstairs rooms were very nice with an overview of the pool downstairs.
outside of the hotel is the restaurant and upstairs bar with ocean views. there is also staff that can take you to the restaurants along the ocean by golf cart...about a 5 min ride. the hotel condo is very private and relaxing, if you're looking for a place like this to relax, this is my suggestion.

Clean and tidy, the room has high ceiling and the air con is cool. The pool is also clean but there were a few mosquitoes here and there though it is common if you chose a pool villa with garden decoration. A bit far from Pattaya Central but the staff there is very helpful and will help you call a cab when Grab fails. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

Warm hospitality and excellent service. The property itself has a very well design. I really love the high ceiling upstairs where the light can get through. The location is a little bit far from the city, but you get a peaceful atmosphere instead.

Only thing I was sad about is... they haven't explained me fully what is included in breakfast buffet menu. I thought we had to pay for egg menu, but found out it was inclusive when I was paying for it on the check-out day. I guess for the next customer, would be better to explain more about what they provide at the ocean bistro.

Room and services is good. Design and decoration is great. Villa is less privacy due to bush fence does not block people walking outside to see inside. Some part are under construction.
