Great place to stay for family, clean and good size rooms with beds for family of 4. Pretty quiet area as it’s more of a business district but not far to ginza etc for more options

It is an okay experience. It was a little far from the city, but close to the train station. It’s definitely a more used property as I could smell the carpets

Overall it was a nice stay. Short walk to subway station. Stayed three different Mimaru properties during this trip and this one is my least favorite. Seems overpriced compared to other Mimaru chains. Probably it’s in Tokyo.

Short walk to Tokyo station. 7/11 near by which was cheap and well stocked. Room was small but comfortable for family of 4. Staff very friendly.

This property was close to subway and train line. Tokyo station is walkable distance. Close to 7/11's and Lawsons. Room was big enough as we were gone all day and only there to sleep. Staff were helpful with our questions. Would be happy to book this place again.

This is a really great place to stay when traveling with a family. Taxis were easily accessible through the GO app and it was a 10 minute walk to Tokyo station. Two convenience stores nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They also spoke English, which is great

Traveling as a family of 3 we stayed at the Mimaru Tokyo Hatchobori for 11 nights in March as a base to explore the greater Tokyo area. The room is a very good size and is equipped with a kitchenette and dining/sitting area so it was plenty of space for us. Its SO nice to have the option to eat in after a long day out or for breakfast to start the morning. The front desk and cleaning staff were great and helpful. The location is conveniently near 2 subway stations a short walk away so you can quickly get anywhere and the mega Tokyo Stn is not far either. There are many little restaurants to discover in the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel (or another Mimaru location if that suits you better).

This hotel was in walking distance between a few train stations. It's near a few nice shopping districts as well. Wonderful staff and service as always from the Mimaru chain!

We are a family of four with two teenagers. Very similar to the Mimaru we'd stayed in Osaka at the beginning of our trip. It's in a great location as a base to explore Tokyo, short distances to many subway lines and a short walk to Tokyo Station (or a few stops on Bus 15 or 16). Highly recommended.

It’s our second time staying at Mimaru Hatchobori (third time staying with Mimaru group). The experience never disappoints. The front desk team along with the housekeeping team are all excellent. They make you feel right at home and the front desk personnel are ever so helpful - they helped me to googled the nearest laundry service at closed to 11pm in the evening! Don’t worry - the neighbourhood is a super safe one! The location is superb as it is walking distance to Tokyo station (albeit crossing a number of roads but there are underground paths from a certain point onwards), if you turn right, you are some 20 mins walking distance to Ginza and the same timing to head towards Marunouchi (if you turn left). Mimaru Hatchobori is also close to several subway lines that can take you to places like Naka-Meguro and even Odaiba in a mere 30 plus minutes (not the scenic route). Tsukiji is just 2 stops away from Kabayacho station (closer than Hatchobori).Will highly recommend Mimaru Hatchobori to travellers looking for a different stay experience. It truly is a little home away from home!

Like the location, about 5 mins to Hatchobori Station. Very convenient to travel to Disney, Ginza, Tokyo Station, Tsukili, Asakusa. Quiet area which suits us well. Few convenience stores and family restaurants all within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Speaks English. Rooms are generally clean, well maintained and spacious. Will definitely choose to stay here again for our next trip.

Staff are all super friendly and always ready to help. Hatchobori station is just 5 min walk away. Room is very spacious considering the location and laundromat is also available in this hotel. Love it!

The hotel is suitable for family. Staff were very helpful. The location was perfect as it was close to subways and JR. Walking distance to shopping and it was quiet at night. Just one thing is that the sheets had stains on it. Other than that everything was perfect. I highly recommend this property and will go back again.

The property was convenient between a few stops. Most impressive were the staff on site, super friendly, super helpful. Everyone spoke English well and always greeted everyone with a smile. We asked for help with reservartions, finding a doctor, answering calls etc and they always delivered. Would recommend this to others and will definitely come back again!!

While Hatchobori is purely a business district with no tourist appeal, it is centrally located and an easy walk to the subway. We were easily able to get around town from here. The rooms are extremely deceiving when looking at their website photos. The room I booked is nothing more than two twin beds pushed together and bunk beds. Despite what the photos online might suggest, there is no separation of living and sleeping space which was the primary reason we booked this hotel. The Mimaru Kyoto Shiju was a true 2 bedroom unit with bedrooms which was what we were looking for in Tokyo as well.
