Cockroaches everywhere (one was even crawling on the bathroom soap), the shower curtain was broken in half and on the tub, tub was dirty and in poor condition, never go here

No blanket ? Why ? Bad room too old room for 510.00 a night too much

This property should not be listed on expedia!! I have never stayed in a worse condition hotel listed on expedia. The bathroom ceiling had mold. The base decks had watee damage. The door was patched and not painted. The floors were dirty not mopped clearly seen on our socks. I would not recommend staying at this location!

We checked in late and checked out early- that could explain a few pieces of paper lying in the hallway. T room itself was quite adequate. The staff man on duty was very helpful and brought us what we requested promptly.

This property should not be listed on Expedia. The rooms are not updated? They have mold on the bathroom ceiling, base decks had water damage, patches on the walls were not painted and all the maintenance was poorly done. They also had tenants on the property. They were sitting outside in chairs so you can clearly see inside several rooms that they reside there? visibly seeing pots and pans.The property tenants were loud going up and down the stairs at 1am in the morning. I would not recommend anyone staying here. Poor upkeep to this old ran down hotel.

The place is very convenient. Close to everything want to go. Quiet, but the room needs a lot of TLC. The hsk. Skipped some of the items in the room, like no tissue paper, used exrta toilet paper, no wash cloths, only two bath towels, for 3 nites stayed. The front desk clerk is very nice.

It is in a good location as far as being close to the lake. The rooms are a bit out dated and do not match the picture. House cleaning also did not empty the fridge from the previous guest.

Room was very run down and not very clean. There were stains on the bed sheets and dirty diapers and garbage behind dressers.I would not recommend staying at this location.

Terrible experiences with worst services from staffs, property is under condition. Room is dirty, noisy, equipment missing, broken..etc Oh my goodness for the experiences I had here. Never again. Not coming back for sure.

Did not like this stay! And I paid a lot! No towels were available!! We got two and had two queen beds!!! Also the floors were filthy! We did not have a phone in our room to contact front office, nor was there anyone in the office!! We did not have a remote to our tv!! Terrible experience and I actually want a refund because I waisted my money!!

When we arrived to our stay, the front desk employee seemed very lethargic and unwelcoming. We were given a key to our room, and to our disappointment the room looked nothing like the photos advertised when we booked through Expedia. There was also mold in the crowning of the wall right next to the door. We returned to the front desk and notified the employee that we were not comfortable staying in that room, he moved us to another room upstairs that was slightly better than our first. Overall, I would not stay here again and I was very disappointed with my experience not only at the hotel but also with Expedia. I also have photos I can submit to show proof of everything I stated above.

Hotel was cleaner then others around. I didnt see an ice machine nor was there an ice bucket in room. Average hotel for a decent price point.

Gross! Entire room filthy and growing black mold!!!

The hotel was located in a beautiful continent spot but the condition of the hotel was terrible. We had mold in our shower , stays dripping from the walls , the tv didn't work , front door barely locked, ac unit was terrible and out shower nob was broken.

60 year-old property in need of total re-furbishing. Holes and cracks all over parking lot and sidewalks. Exterior needs fixing. Bathroom shower fixture very low. Some mold on shower edge trim. Walls in bathroom show paint being repaired. No daily room service! Had to ask staff for coffee filters every day. Total rip off for price paid Property fee of $45. For what? Property should be torn down and totally re-built. Book at your own risk!

I recently stayed at Hotel Elevation and had a mixed experience. While I appreciate the decent staff, the room itself did not meet my expectations based on the images provided. To start, the room door was scratched on the outside, which, while not inconvenient, was an eyesore. Upon entering, I noticed the carpet was torn at the entrance. There were multiple unpainted patches on the walls throughout the room. The bathroom door had a broken mirror with pieces falling off, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly due to a chain issue, which I had to fix myself. Both beds had stains on the sheets, the coffee maker was leaking, and there was a large cockroach that crawled behind the bathroom light fixture. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay. While I won't be returning, I believe the hotel has potential if these issues are addressed.

The property is run down, dirty and in disrepair. We were originally given room 126 which had a filthy greasy carpet, hair in the shower, broken bed, and just grossly dirty. I asked for another room and was then given room 128 which had laminate floors and looked cleaner and upgraded, although the floor wasn't swept. Otherwise, the bathroom was clean enough and so was the shower. I wiped down everything with disinfectant wipes and they were stained dirty after wiping. I swept the floor with my whisk broom and there was a lot of sand and dirt. We never walked barefoot in the room because they were dirty. The shower had a slow drain and the toilet didn't flush consistently. It would swirl around and nothing would go down. Even so, the staff tried to accommodate as much as possible. I asked for clean towels, a plunger and extra toilet paper and they promptly delivered. We stayed 3 nights because I had pre-paid and there was no refund, so we tolerated as best we could. However, we will never stay there again, and I could never recommend this place.

Was ok .its seems need up due the bathroom. Sink taps . Bed springs was squeeze.

Seemed like an old hotel, had musty smells, torn carpet, bathroom didn’t work well.

Photos are misleading. This place is a dump. There was fighting going on outside our room. We abandoned two paid nights just to get out of the place. Wouldn't have stayed at all but we arrived late in the evening so had no other choice.

I cannot state enough how awful this motel is. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have stayed at motels before so I never assumed it would be this bad. The pictures on Expedia looked very different We arrived late and went straight to bed, our skin started itching immediately. In the morning we realized how bad it was. The room looked like it was being renovated. There were patches all over the wall and cracks that had not been patched. The windows could not be opened because there were no screens. Although loud, thankfully the A/C was working. The dirty window curtains hit us right at the top of our heads. I paid a high rate for a deluxe room which I assumed, as it usually does, that it came with a mini fridge and microwave. I was traveling with kids and needed those appliances to work, but they did not. I left my food and milk overnight to find it spoiled the next day. The bathroom was the worst of all. The floors were disgusting. Needless to say, we could not shower without our sandals on. I had to go buy a bathmat to place in the shower just in case. Again, there was no screen in the bathroom window, and there was no ventilation fan, so it made the whole room smell musty. The sink in the bathroom was hard to turn on and once on very little water came out. To top it off, the hand soaps and shampoo bottle were just thrown on the counter and not a SINGLE, not one, towel was provided to us. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever.

Prime location, not too clean.

Carpets in the room was stiff, dirty and stained. Walking barefoot felt as though carpet had dried soda and felt sticky to your feet. Air conditioning worked Great. Microwave and mini fridge was a Plus.
