Amazing Hotel

Nothing. The staff doesn’t really care about guest needs. The manager was very rude and lie to us about the way he was supposed to take care of all the issues we had. Several times we had to wait at the lobby for someone to open the door to come in or get out. The first night the toilet was broken and the answer on the front desk was “We have to wait until tomorrow to find someone to fixed”. There was a lots of inconsistencies with this place but they didn’t even care. Management and staff doesn’t know the word “Sorry”. And they ignore you when complaining. VIP place that doesn’t offer you any VIP options and that’s very far from being a VIP Hotel. HORRIBLE PLACE!

There was NOT hot water! Seriously. We needed this hotel exactly to have a hot shower!

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everyone is very nice and accommodating to your needs. The rooms look exactly like the picture and they are very clean. They also do the housekeeping everyday. The breakfast was excellent, they offered natural juice y fruit, they would ask how you would like your eggs, they also offered bread, arepas, almojabanas ect. They also have a rooftop bar that is open wed-sat and they have food there too. Now for the hot water; there is not hot water at all times. They have a schedule for the hot water that is 5am to 10am and then in the evenings from 5pm to 10pm. The hot water was hit or miss and at times it was only warm.

The facilities where very well maintained , it’s modern, clean and for the price very good, on the other hand service was terrible! Check our takes for ever, we tried to order water because there was none available in the minibar but the reception es wouldn't help at all, we needed a taxi and the receptionist forgot about it and stoped one on the street (not ideal in Colombia) breakfast was ok

Linen or towels were not changed, no hot water for 2 days around 8am. Restaurant / bar was open only on Thursday on. Basic breakfast service to order. Good size rooms.

The hotel is decent but has a long way to go. First, the good part. Upon arrival we were greeted by reception who personally walked us to our room. The room was ample and clean. Bathroom is modern and roomy. Plenty of light and a working A.C. felt welcoming. Now for the bad part. The reception informed us that the hot water was turned on from 6pm to 10pm and then again from 6am to 10am. I didn’t think much of this because I’ve experienced this before in other cities in Colombia. The problem is that the Ho Water is non existent. No hot water at any time of the day or night for that matter. After being in the road all day, all my family and I wanted was a hot shower and a comfortable bed. Sadly... we got none of those. When checking the room on Hotels.com, we chose a room with two full size beds. We traveled with our 12 year old son on this trip, and have always chosen this type of room. Unfortunately, we got two bed that we slightly bigger than a twin bed. Not a full size bed where two full size adults can sleep comfortably. We’ve traveled all over Colombia and have had a better stays in small town hotels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a hot shower or a decent nights rest while not traveling alone.

Overall great experience. The service provided is unique from the receptionist to the people cleaning your room, or serving you your breakfast. Unlike matched service. Everyone around you is very attentive to your needs and requirements. Overall the staff is very friendly and always willing to give you a hand and help you. I was extremely thankful with the front desk staff. Overall great experience and with the attention and updated room qualities of a 5 star hotel. I have stayed at this hotel for the third time now and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and hotel.

This property was in an excellent location and the morning breakfast was the best part!!

Service was terrible; we received a room with an broken a/c, leaking water, no hot water or toilet paper. Staff did not address our complains timely.

They will charge you for minimal things. Even extra key card. Only two small towels, half a roll of toilet paper two tiny pieces of soap. Etc. savings to the extreme !!

I thought the hotel was nice, staff was okay, but the hotel wasn't a finished product with construction ongoing.

A very pleasant place to stay. Very quiet at night. The staff was excellent, very informative. They have few bars and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel it’s very clean and comfortable. They have some pharmacy around too. You blend in with the local very easy. It’s like being in your neighborhood. Local food it’s very cheap also. And the area it’s very safe to walk around. We took Uber everywhere we go and it’s very cheap. I will definitely come back to this place.
