Very welcoming and fast check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Bartender was friendly and drinks were good. Only complaint is that the parking is not included or offered when booking.

This hotel is close to the Avalon shopping area and close to North Point Mall.
It was clean, the bed and bedding were comfortable, the feel was welcoming.
Good area, close to restaurants and entertainment. Will stay here again.

I was not aware that there was a $13 per night parking fee. That was not listed as a charge and one of my filters was for free parking. The service in the Bistro was bad. There was one very nice and hospitable gentleman taking orders serving the food, . and cleaning up the tables on a very busy Sat morning. The cook finally noticed the back up and came out to serve food. Mine was cold but it was no one’s fault other than management.

Great place! The most comfy beds and pillows. Jenna at the front desk was helpful with the restaurant recommendations. A little disappointed that the firepit wasn’t working.

The beds were crisp, and clean! Always love walking into a hotel room that is spotless. Comfortable beds and the pillows are to diiiie for. Definitely need to know their pillow supplier. 😜

When we arrived, the parking lot smelled heavily of weed. We had to park far away from the entrance & had to pay $12 + $1 service fee for parking. My 2 room total was $285 & they put around $1200 in holds on my credit card. The beds were comfortable & the shower was nice, but son found stains on the sheets in their room m. For the price after parking & the extra $10 for my 19 year old, I think breakfast should have been included. If we wanted to eat there it would have been $17 each. I will not stay here again. There are many other places to stay in this area.

Parking should be free instead of $12 per day and limited spaces! Also you have to scan a barcode in the parking lot from your phone and pay it separately from your hotel bill!

I will never stay in this hotel again ! People smoking drugs on 3rd floor and front desk did nothing ! The 1st man at the front desk when I checked in was absent from the desk for over 35 min while I waited to check in to receive key the employee who was at the bar suppose to be working was sitting down near bar scrolling on his phone he would not stand up to go look for the desk employee. Finally when front desk employee came out of employee lounge he said he was eating ! Then I was never told about paying for parking I have never paid for parking so didn’t know what these QR codes were for no one explained to me at the desk during check in ! As I checked out the front desk was rude combative she spoke over me and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence the worse customer service for a hotel I’ve ever stayed in I will tell others not to stay here

The property was great, but the customer service from Vinson and Armondo went above and beyond. They were both very professional and made us feel very welcome. Fantastic personalities.

Great staff, room was well equipped with amenities, and the room was clean and well taken care of. Paying $12 for parking is a little much and should be added into the price of the room beforehand to avoid surprises to your guests. Other than that everything was fantastic!!

This is a beautiful gem! It feels like a boutique hotel even though it is not advertised as such. The bed I slept in was like sleeping on a cloud. There was a delicious quality breakfast a la cart made to order for a very reasonable price. The shower was like a spa shower with great water pressure and the room was extremely clean!! I would definitely stay there again.
