First, check-in was chaotic. One lady was handling a call, then walked away after there was two of us checking in. There was a red-head guy with a dirty shirt taking over another all, after he started checking me in. Then the room we had was not very quiet. There were kids running, dogs running and furniture moving. This was the worst hotel on this trip. I would not recommend it.

I moved to this hotel at last minute, moving from another hotel I had booked in the area that was very scary and unsafe. This hotel was safe and comfortable and in a good area.

Two chairs at the front desk are in tatters. Not a very good first impression. Otherwise the stay has been very positive.

The Room was Clean. Air worked good. Elevator was out. Did not mind walking the stairs but wish there would have been a sign on the elevator so we did not stand there waiting for it.
Breakfast was nothing to write home about. OJ was very watery. Coffee was good. Food was pretty bland.

The staff is always great. I believe the up keep could be better. The carpet in my room had gum embedded in it. The floor in bathroom was not cleaned properly. This hotel standard has gone down.

I stopped to get gas at the gas station right in front of the hotel, it was very noisy with car stereos and a whole bunch of people gathered around cars. When I pulled into the parking lot there was a van full of guys drinking next to it. Not well lit outside.
In the bathroom there appears to be mold on the wall, see photo attached.
I will not stay at this hotel again. Plus, I wasted my OneKeyCash, will not recommend either.

Our non smoking room smelled of cigs and found nasty hair in our bathroom rags also the ice machine ran a loud sound non stop. It was scary and all they told me was to contact my 3rd party provider! Never again!

The breakfast was disgusting, asked if there was somewhere to eat nearby and the receptionist said there was only McDonald’s. We also asked about a gas station. We learned when we left that there was a gas station within walking distance.

Me and my family were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was when we arrived. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. The ac was super cold just like we like it. The free breakfast was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

The front end Clerk Charged me twice on my Card. They told me hopefully it will fall off.

When I went to check in and out the staff looked unprofessional. The suite had an unpleasant smell when you walked into it. Only had 2 towels and there was hairs in sink and tub in bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Would not recommend this location to friends or family.

There were homeless people camped out around the entrance and a shady motel next door. The ceiling light fixture in room was having from ceiling and the sheets were ripped up. Chose to stay here because of the good rating. Definitely not an excellent rated hotel.

The lobby was beautiful, sculptures everywhere, lighting was good. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The pool was great too, it only goes from 3-5 feet which was great for my children who are beginner swimmers.

Great hotel for the price, especially for the 4th weekend. All the ladies at the desk were awesome. However, the only name i remember is Sara. The room was huge. Plenty of drawers and closet space. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Hotel smelled clean. Breakfast area was kept in good shape, even with the breakfast rush. I just wish the variety of food was a little better. The waffles were great, except when a guest cut bith makers off. Why, I have no clue. Especially when there was a line of people waiting. Every day we also had scrambled eggs, sausage patties and seasoned potatoes. Probably could have switched that up to maybe links or bacon. The grounds were in great condition. The pool was nice, especially on 100° days and kept very clean. The only issue i experienced was the ice maker on the 2nd and 3rd floor would make some God awful noises. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

From the minute I walked in the door, I was extremely impressed with the facility. It was very neat and clean.
The staff at the desk checked me quickly and explained where I could find everything for my stay. She was very helpful and fast in getting me into my room.

Everything looked very clean and smelled clean. It was a very convenient location. The Beds and pillows were very comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning had a very nice selection of food and drinks. Get there early it gets very busy.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean other than the beer can left under the chair. The bed could have been a little softer but we slept good so it wasnt terrible. We would definitely stay here again.
