Staff very friendly good food

Very nice place and nice staff, BUT very poor management. It seems a mistake was made between hotels.com and the resort. We have booked breakfast and room for 5 persons, also confirmed by hotels. However, the resort claimed the bill for the fifth person. I informed, that our booking was correct. The resort informed they will give free breakfast for the fifth person, but we had to pay for the stay - for the fifth person.. When you are on vacation, you do not like to argue and discuss.. so we paid, but what a poor service/Managemnt skill!

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel listing is somewhat misleading! There is a large construction site which is viewed from the pool- it’s also extremely noisy, this can also be heard from the rooms early morning. The hotel is old and run down. There is also no atmosphere- it’s dull, old and not inviting. The GM was kind enough to assist us with finding another hotel - this in any case ended up costing me an extra £450 even after receiving a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. Expedia were rubbish at helping us move and miss-sold this hotel.

All I can say, one of the best hotels I have stayed in Bali. Everything is wonderful. The view is spectacular, staff are very friendly kind and professional. Service is amazing. It’s very quiet place, so if you like to escape to nice and peaceful place, this place is for you. Thank you for looking after us from the minute we arrived till we left. Thank you for our little sweet present. We will definitely be back one day

It is totally AMAZING hotel! LOCALISATION: 6 km from Ubud centre, but when you make reservation for this hotel, you know it and it is not a surprise. They have shuttle service to the Ubud centre 3 or 4 times a day and also return shuttle. You can reach Ubud centre by taxi (price 100k) HOTEL: is newly opened, so everything is clean, new:) hotel staff was nice, smiled and helpful. View from reception hall is stunning- whole jungle valley. They have some activities-yoga once a week, also small fit gym. Whole area of hotel is very green. Swimming pool is nice, not very big, but also not to small. But places for sunbathing..They do not have umbrellas and also just a few sunbeds (I think that there are 6 sunbeds but they realise it is too small for this hotel and add additional big beans, but still not umbrellas). For people who want to use pool and getting tan, we recommend to have villa with pool. ROOM: We stayed at villa with pool,we were amazed by villa with view we get! It was totally super cool, with the best view to the green valley. Pool has it own big sunbeds (this cocoon type), was covered by green plants so that we can feel privacy. Inside villa big room, good air con and windmill. Bathroom was very big, with tube, two washbasin, big mirrors, and shower. FOOD: very nice breakfast (a la carte),also little additional items available in buffet (some croissants, jams, fruits etc). We eat also dinner in restaurant and all the food was good and reasonable prices.

Gorgeous property, delicious food, and wonderful staff.

Food is not good taste and no variety, we stay for 3 days but BF look like same. Location is far from city and shuttle to downtown is a bit. Also no activities in hotel.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Nice new hotel with beautiful view from the pool, staff are very helpful. Food, drinks over priced and breakfast limited.

Serene and peaceful environment with lush greenery in the backyards.

The villa was amazing and it was nice to have a lot of services on site. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The free shuttle service was great to get to the main area and back every day.
