Great accommodation with clean fresh rooms and friendly staff

It would have been nice if they offered pay-preview tv or some streaming channels like Hulu, Netflix ect. Next time I guess we will bring our Amazon Firestick but then I don't know how I would change the HDMI input since the remote did not allow that. Not being able to watch streaming content is very important to my wife Terra. We might not come back because of that. We asked if we could get a late checkout and they said that was not possible because they were fully booked for Sunday. I checked the website and there are 8 rooms available, I can't stand lying. Check out time was 11am, we are just about to open the door to leave at 11:02 and someone knocked on the door to remind us that it was check out time. It would have been nice if they had given us a little grace period, maybe 11:15.

So nice property and rooms very well maintained

Everything about this hotel was superb! The room was so spacious, didn't expect a 10-ft ceiling had access to a balcony with comfortable chairs and a table. The location was perfect as we stayed for a class reunion and it was great having a full breakfast too! Found out that it is a dog-friendly hotel and so we'll probably be back!

The location was great. Walking distance to nice restaurant. The Staff was wonderful very welcoming. The room was very clean. I love the decor and the bathroom mirror was very nice. Will definitely come back again

Everything was good. The only thing I wish was different is the AC. The fan goes on and off which would wake me up. My husband slept right through it. It is a great hotel.

Noisy, staff was not friendly

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. It is by far my favorite place to stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the entire place is cutely decorated. They also serve a wonderful breakfast. The evening front desk clerk Erik is so nice and provides quick service. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!

All of the staff were friendly, efficient, and courteous. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was Awesome!! My only suggestion is that they provide hand sanitizers, especially around the breakfast area.

My choice when I’m driving up the coast. Clean pleasantly decorated rooms, always nice stage. Walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee shops and more.

We stayed in the suite 1 room with the jet tub. The room was spacious, balcony view of the walkway on the side of the hotel was nice. Parking was easy not crowded. The check in clerk, Eryic was amazing. He was sweet, patient, and took the time to tell us about our room and other information. Overall we were very satisfied and would stay here again. Worth every penny and close to freeway beaches gas stations, lots of places to eat, shop, and hang out.

This hotel is immaculately beautiful inside and out. It is contemporary yet cozy, extremely clean, newly renovated, and offers free HH in the evening (1 glass free/$5 after that) of higher-end central coast wines, and a nice variety of hot and cold breakfast included in the cost of the room. The staff are friendly, warm, and very helpful. The in-room bath products are higher quality than most. I was on the bottom floor, with a nice-sized patio; I believe all the rooms had patios or balconies. The small but adequate pool/jacuzzi were cleaned daily and the area has very nice lounge and straight chairs as well as moveable umbrellas, and was well-light and inviting at night. The village of Arroyo Grande is steps away.

Every time we are in this area, this is where we prefer to stay. Upon entering the parking lot, it is clean and well kept, however the parking spaces are a bit tight. The lobby is clean, smelled great, and up to date on the decor/furnishings. There was no gift for us upon our arrival however. The bedrooms/bathrooms are spacious. Nice tile all around; I don't like carpet. The shower/toilet pressure were very strong. The bed was comfortable enough on one side only; the other half of bed had something wrong with it. Overall, I enjoy my stay at this hotel.

Nice place for the price.

I was not thrilled with my experience at this Hotel. When we arrived, the man at the desk seemed friendly enough and commented that because we were such nice people he would love to have been able to give us a room upgrade, but because we had booked through Hotels.com, he wasn’t able to do that for some reason. He also commented that in the future, we would be better served to call the hotel directly for a reservation because apparently we were locked into whatever room we had booked. He told us that they always reserve the first floor for kids and dogs because they are loud. (We have neither) Then he gave us a room on the first floor, right next to the lobby and the dining room. It was the loudest , most uncomfortable experience I have ever had in a hotel anywhere. We are late sleepers, and unfortunately between 7 AM and 10 AM we got to experience the entire hotel talking loudly through the hallways, slamming doors, clinking their breakfast plates in the room right next to us. We also got to listen to the children screaming in the swimming pool, which was right outside our patio. It also turns out that our room was an ADA room, So it had no carpeting and it had a roll in shower (the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. I am not sure how it’s acceptable to ever have anyone stay in a room like this. I don’t like that I was penalized for booking through this website.

Hotel was clean & staff was very friendly.

I liked this hotel the staff & the location, Just about 5 min drive to pismo. The only down side was how small the pool was but on the bright side it was heated & had a hot tub! The breakfast was great too!

As always, a wonderful stay and we will be back again (hopefully soon)!

If you are not traveling with a pet, then this hotel would be great. Large room, clean and conveniently located. However, despite stating it was pet friendly, it really was not. I asked for a quiet room and was told I should’ve called ahead and requested that because they were sold out. They gave the first room right behind the front desk and main hallway which I was told was the only room available that pets could be in. Unfortunately I couldn’t leave my pet at home as a solo traveler so to be mindful of other guests I know my dog will bark if there is a lot of noise. I ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. I was able to get a refund for one night, which was appreciated BUT I felt that I was treated like an annoyance and a bothersome person. They also charge $40 per NIGHT for a pet. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this hotel with or without a pet. Truly disappointing.
