This is an excellent hotel. My only complaint is the pillows! They are flat! Everything else was top notch.

We like the newness of the hotel - it's design is spacious; modern shower stalls and fixtures and open layout of the entire room. We dont like the fact that the bath towels are so 'coarse' to the touch. It is not soft and fluffy. They didnt live up to excellent quality to the rest of room and hotel facilities

As a first visitor to this location of Hampton Inn, I was very happy by the front desk welcome. The gentleman who greeted me was cheerful, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Due to the recent issues with some of the online data systems, the staff relied on a back up room access card system and without fail, this worked well. The dining room for breakfast was great, easy to use and the food was a perfect way to start my long journey ahead. I overhead several families praising the pool area and would recommend this location of Hampton Inn and Suites for any travellers.

Very friendly and helpful staff. And nice hotel building and amenities. Located outside main Quebec City but within 20 min to city centre by car and also equally well situated to visit other attractions such as Montmorency Falls and Ile d'Orleans. We had a quiet and peaceful stay. Just a shame they do not vary the breakfast a bit across Hampton sites as it's easy to get fed up of it when you stay 7 nights in a row in 3 different cities.

Not worth the amount of money that was paid for it. It’s very expedite as compared to what they have to offer. Rooms are average.

Nice and quiet area. There’s plenty of self parking. Customer service and breakfast was great. 18 mins away from Old Quebec depending on traffic. There’s fast food in the area, but may have to travel for a nice dining restaurant.

The reason I gave 2 rating is, cleanliness is very important criteria for Hotel chain such as Hilton Group to be consistant with their standards. I stayted in this Hotel for 3 nights between June 29 - July 2nd. The hotel claimed that they would do house keeping only every alternative days, but I was so disappointed that the house keeping didn't clean my bathroom, toilet and hand wash sink on 3rd Day, House-keeping didn't even remove the used towels left on the floor. There was a senior Front desk staff who inspected my room and agreed that the House keeping didn't do their required services. I was disappointed that they I had paid for the entire trip before check-in which includes the house keeping serivce as well. I expected the hotel to refund me the partial amount as the required service wasn't provided. But the hotel manager mentioned that she would contact me back after speaking Expedia.com which she never did. Disappointed that I didn't get the service for the price I paid for my stay. It doesn't worth it.

In general all is good. The breakfast faire just I suggest to have some vegetables choises. I like the clean pool and all public area.
