Very fresh hotel. Girl in the reception was very nice and sweet but overall service was kind of non existing which is fine but obviously doesn’t give 5-stars. We had a double queen bed room and it was really nice and clean. Doors let through a lot of noice but apart from a child crying and some normal noise it was fine. We will visit family more times and will most likely stay there again.

Excellent Stay

B/W E-Town was a great hotel to stay at. Terrific staff, clean with a professional appearance. We really wanted to give it 5 Stars. Only downfall for us was the internet service. I need to get schoolwork done online and was not able to do so because we had a really hard time getting on the internet, then staying on it after it would finally work for about 10 minutes. We would have stayed longer had the internet worked but due to this we had to find another hotel that would accommodate my schoolwork needs.

We enjoyed our stay! Staff was efficient and friendly. Very clean room and comfy bed!

I have stayed at this Best Western on 3 previous occasions. As always, the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of items from which to choose. They have a new coffee machine that allows you to select specialty coffees (available at all times), however decaffeinated coffee is no longer an option for guests. I would suggest that they make this available in a separate carafe like they used to provide. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would have given the hotel 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the noise level. There were children running up and down the hall on the third floor where I was staying , with parents and children all speaking very loudly, until very late at night. This is not the fault of the hotel management, however, it did prevent me from getting a good rest. Therefore, I gave this hotel a 4 star rating.
