Overall, we liked our stay at this hotel. The location is great- lots of easy access to central streets, bars, coffee shops, bus stops, and interesting sites. The hotel is lovely inside - the bar has nice ambiance and a good selection of drinks. The staff working at the bar are amazing and very attentive. Our room on the 4th floor was in a good location- quiet. However, there are signs of age within the room (marks on the walls, carpet stains, dust in corners of the ceiling and other areas, some mold in the shower tiles). The air in the room was very dusty - you can see dust floating as soon as you turn on lamps. I also found it frustrating that there are very few hooks within the bathroom to hang up towels - please consider adding more for guests’ convenience because it’s difficult to dry towels in the room. Also would have appreciated extra toilet paper to be left in the room.

The Hyatt Centric was a great place to stay for our first visit to Dublin. The neighborhood was a bit off of the beaten path, but we arrived ready to do a lot of walking! The property was very clean and well maintained. We would choose to stay here again on our next visit to Dublin.

Great place for the start of Ireland adventure. We had a lovely suite and loved the location.

The hotel was clean and spacious. Walkable to all the attractions of the city.

We had such a wonderful experience. We arrived so tired after an overnight flight and the lobby had very comfortable sofas. While we waited for checkin which was supposed to be later in the afternoon the manager came over to us and offered us some coffee while she tried to get us an earlier check in. Well it worked. We were checked in earlier and were able to take a nap before our first excursion. Customer service was great. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and spacious.

Hotel is in a good location and perfectly clean. Breakfast is ok. My real complaint is that I had a room on the “front” of the property and the noise from the street kept me awake on and off all night. I stay in plenty of hotels and have never experienced such poor acoustic performance of the window system.

The location of the hotel was in a nice quiet section of the town . The rooms were good size , had a window we could crank open . Bathrooms were great . The hotel is new construction I think so very clean and fresh . Staff was exceptional both front desk and the restaurant. They went out of their way to help you . My son had food restrictions and they were able to modify the dishes and he ate well . I loved the excellent cup of tea ever evening . I enjoyed sitting on the sofa till later in the evening , the small hotel vibe was very nice

We stayed as a couple and loved it. Brilliant location to go to the Guiness storehouse and everything below the river. We absolutely loved it!! Will be recommending it to everyone.

Most areas were within walking distances

We loved staying at The Hyatt Centric for our honeymoon! It was clean, spacious, and a wondeful place to relax after long days of touring Dublin. We ate breakfast at the hotel all of the mornings we were in the city, and each time, we enjoyed trying different entrees and the generous helpings of the food and drinks. Everyone in the staff who we interacted with were lovely and welcoming! Plus, we loved how centrally located the hotel was yet not in a very loud or touristy side of town, either. We found that in a few blocks of walking, we were at one important site or another. We took some bus tours and were very pleasantly surprised to learn how close they were to the hotel. Overall, we would love to stay here again on our next trip!

Breakfast is not good. No recommended. Ice maker machine produce very little amount of ice "cube," that are maximum 1/2 of glass. Location is good.

It was great having the parking underneath the hotel so I didn't have to worry about the car. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were tasty and reasonably priced. We were able to walk around to everywhere we wanted to see.

Clean, convenient

Wonderful stay! Clean, great staff, excellent water pressure in the showers, best hotel blow dryer I’ve ever encountered. Would definitely stay here again.

Our suite was very spacious and comfortable. Great views as well.

Property facilities were well maintained, rooms were spacious with all the amenities promised. Beds were extremely comfortable. Will definitely return next time Im in Dublin

I was expecting the rooms to be a bit nicer for the price and to have room service available, but it was not. overall, it was a nice hotel but for the price I was expecting it to be better. They did have great food, but the breakfast was lacking, and scrambled eggs were very runny. I had hoped it would have been a buffet type breakfast.

For those visiting Dublin and wanting a central location to Trinity, Guiness, Kilmainham, St. Patrick's, Temple Bar, this is your place. Convenient to all but easy access and quiet at night. Very close to the Dublin Express bus stop to and from the airport.
