Thoroughly enjoyed my stay of 4 nights whilst attending Poland vs Scotland football match. The hotel is well placed to facilitate. Staff were pleasant, hotel was clean and comfortable. No food served on premises other than the breakfast but hotel surrounded by many restaurants and food outlets.

Fair price, clean, friendly. However breakfast was below standard and basic foods missing combined with waiting time.

I read the description, but it could use some standard amenities like a fridge, kettle, and cups. The option to cancel without any fee even after check-in is a huge plus!

The entrance and bar area are super modern, alas the rooms are dated. But conveniently placed in the city.
Breakfast is continental, and crazy when busy.
Overall a good hotel and I would probably stay again.

I liked modern style of this hotel, new facilities and the vibe. I did nit like that there was no bottled water in the room upon arrival. Hotel of this class, charging this level of rates should provide one bottle of water per guest. I also did not like that i was given tiny, single size duvet in a room with double bed. Yes i was staying on my own but i booked double bed and this duvet kept slipping off and waking me up...

Very nice hotel, mordern, but the parking was full and a lot of clients like me had to park in the streets. Avoid to sleep here if you are coming with your car.

Ac didn’t work well. Blew cool, not cold air. Breakfast was basically cold cuts l, breads and boiled eggs, no real cooked food. Room and shower small.

I had a good experience, it is near of the restaurantes, points of interests. ALthough the turistcs points in Varsovia are far one from another , except those in the old town. For those that like walk it is not a problem.

Ok located, could walk to bus stops. Close market. Not close to restaurants. Tiny room, difficult to walk. Tiny closet space. Reception staff efficient but cold. Nice bar, attentive personnel. Did not try breakfast.

The motel one was located very centrally to all of the activities we participated in and was walkable to most locations

Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was also fantastic. The hotel had a great bar too. I paid “Taylor Swift” hotel price for my stay as I was there for the concert but the regular price of the hotel is well worth it. Very friendly staff also. Would stay here again.

The staff was the rudest staff I’ve encountered in all my years of travel. The blanket on the queen bed was actually a twin blanket. I will never stay in this property again.

If you’re driving to Warsaw, be sure to arrive at the hotel early. The parking garage fills up quickly, and finding an alternative spot outside the hotel can be tricky, especially if it’s your first time in the city. Parking outside is also cheaper than using the hotel’s garage.
The service at the hotel was disappointing, as the staff often seemed unnecessarily arrogant.
On a positive note, the 24-hour bar was a great feature.

This place is really close to main street with different restaurants, close to the river wall and 25 min walking from Old Town. Super convenient

Have stayed at Motel one in Warsaw previously and was quite pleased. I did encounter rather Shirley receptionist when I checked in who gave me a rum in the front of the building on the first floor and in spite of having a significant hearing loss it was loud And disturbing.

Good Aircon as well as windows that opened too. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Nice outdoor area. Very Chopin themed. Nice location with everything you need close by.

Nice, clean and modern. Close to restaurants and shopping. Also know that it is situated on a steep street so if you struggle with walking you might choose somewhere else. Breakfast was decent. No fridge in the room. Street out front got busy/noisy at times. :(

Great location, just a few blocks down from warsaws dining and party district. A 20 min walk to old town and across the street from chopins museum. Stayed 3 nights but could have stayed longer.

Difficult to get an iron!!! We were going to a wedding and had to queue up for the iron and board. Staff did there best but just not enough of them

Very nice, quiet, and clean hotel in the center of Warsaw. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was pleasant but rather on the smaller side.

Great location. It’s an easy walk to most tourist places and it’s close to the metro and the river. Will stay again

No ice bucket in the room although they were really good about giving you a glass of ice, being where we are from NOT great. The location is good, very walkable to lots of restaurants and sites. The people can come across as not very friendly, you would think they would want to treat visitors a little nicer as we are spending lots, my wife won’t be telling any of our friends to come to Poland.

Picked because it had parking, no parking availability and sent off to find street parking. Could have stayed at any hotel in Warsaw then. Very modern but pretentious, disinterested checkin staff, had to leave partner to deal with 7 bags while I tried to park. Room tiny, banging off things as you move about.
