This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. The breakfast was included with our booking and it was excellent. The fresh bread, fruits and warm stations were constantly replenished. Hotel location was near everything so it made really convenient. This hotel it’s very secured. We travel with our 2 young children and we felt safe. Your room key only allows you to the floor you are staying in and for us that was a plus. We had an early trip booked to Ica and the receptionist had the restaurant prepared our breakfast to go. I will definitely stayed again at this hotel. I strongly recommend giving this hotel a try, you won’t be disappointed.

This hotel was the most clean I saw in Lima. Its staff very kind and the restaurant is 5 star for sure. If I go back to Lima, for sure I will stay there.

Centrally located, spacious, comfortably and well laid out room, and an exceptional in-house restaurant. The service is of a high standard and the amenities are exceptional. The views aren't stellar but it is lovely to have floor tonceiling windows. Easy stroll to a well managed municipal market, artisan areas, many wonderful local spots, including romantic coffee shops and fun eateries.

Bell boy show very welcome to us to help us to load the luggage. The lobby is amazing. Room is comfortable. Walking distance to restaurant and shopping mall. Very good one. But there are no kettle in the room. We go to front desk to ask, staff ask me go to a restaurant, but the staff in restaurant is not very welcome and said “ I can only give you this time, no next time” let us felt not good. Just ask for add one hot water, right? We didn't get any water and left. But this is not good experience for the customer.

This is a very modern, updated hotel located in Miraflores neighborhood. Staff was very helpful and nice, Mrs. Ivanova was terrific helping us organize our stay there, very much appreciate it!

It’s located in a good location in the city. Plus it’s in the middle of a lot tourist locations and there is many things you can do at Miraflores.
