Relais del Principe Is very clean comfortable and quiet. Great room. Highlight is the staff especially Alessandro the manager. Very friendly and helpful. A happy stay.

I inquired about the benefit of “sparkling wine daily” . We informed them of approximate time of arrival 2 pm in a text to the owner but he said if he had known of time of arrival, he would have given the sparkling wine. He promised to give the day of our departure but never did.. The location is so -so and we were at a loss how to get there since there were no instructions of using the antiquated lift to the 2nd flr. We’re it not for concerned neighbors, we wouldn’t have known where to go in the building!!!

Excellent host. Very friendly, very clean room, super professional. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Naples and want easy access to the train station.

Our stay was wonderful! Loved our accommodations. Alessandro was so welcoming. The room was beautiful, super clean and all services provided. The breakfast was very impressive. I would highly recommend Relais del Principe to any traveler that wants to experience true Italian hospitality.

Need glass or china cups and some cutlery. I got yogurt and there was no spoon. A few paper cups are provided but I needed one for yogurt (bought family size). Continental Breakfast was good. Pickpockets abound outside stealing cell phones, wallets, etc. there are many convenient places around to buy used or older model cell phones. I think the robbers work with cell phone shop owners to get business. Hotel itself is nice with secret door sort of, and an old elevator which requires 10c on some days but not others. No concierge on site. Needed a few more towels but these are not dealt with daily. Balcony was nice overlooking street. High ceilings. We could not find a good restaurant nearby, mostly street display cases of not so fresh pastries or pizza. Spanish quarter Cicci fri had fab pizza for 5 euro 12”.

The property was nice although at first it was little difficult to locate. Alessandro made us feel welcome right off the bat and was able to accommodate my request for another room with a double bed and sofa bed.

Everything was great! The only thing is the noise if you have a room near rhe street.

The streets of Naples are vey noisy, but, although that affected sleep, it didn't affect the welcome and friendliness from Relais dei Principe.

Everything about this Relais was fantastic. Alessandro was phenomenal, helpful and very kind. The food was delicious. The room was clean and tidy and the air conditioning worked amazing! We will be back when we return to Napoli

Hotel is located near the station Very secure. Staff were lovely. Amenities good. Only negative was the noise from outside all night. Would be ok for a quick stopover.

The hotel was really clean and at great central location! The host was so kind and helpful and the breakfast was great - full of pastries traditional for the area. The rooms are really safe and have everything you might need. The only small issue is that you can sometimes hear the noise from the outside, but it’s not very disturbing.

A gem in the middle of Naples. Would definitely go back. Walking distance to so many sights and nightlife

Alessandro, the owner who speaks very good English, picked us up from the airport for 20 euro and made us feel very welcome. It's only a small family-run hotel but we had all we needed. Although hotels.com said breakfast (which was delicious and ample) was available for 5 euro, when we went to pay for it Alessandro said it was included. We also very much enjoyed his explanation of how the place is themed on Sofia Loren's and Toto's film 'Miserabili e Nobilta'.

The property is clean, however quite noisy at night as the windows can not be completely closed and it was very noisy outside. The bath water is not hot enough, also it does not feel safe around the hotel with people stare at your luggage and people come to ask you for money, overall not recommend

The location was perfect for us, because we only had a couple of days to explore, so it was super close to the train station (to go to Pompeii and Sorrento) and to the bus that takes you from and to the airport. Building has an elevator. The room and private bathroom were super clean, comfortable bed, has refrigerator, AC and balconi. The staff is friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond! You will find pizzerias, mini-markets and coupe of restaurants around Piazza Garibaldi . But if you are looking for a variety on dining experience, you can walk (if you like to walk) or take transportation to another part of town, for example: Via Toledo, around Galería Umberto, & near Castel dell’Ovo. La locación fue perfecta para nosotros, porque solo teníamos un par de días para explorar y está super cerca de la estación del tren (para ir a Pompeya y Sorrento), y a el bus que te lleva y trae del aeropuerto. Hay ascensor en el edificio. El dormitorio y el baño privado estaba super limpios, la cama es cómoda, tiene refrigerador, aire acondicionado y balcón. Los encargados son amables y colaboradores, van más allá de las expectativas! Encontrarás pizzerías, mini-mercados y unos cuantos restaurantes alrededor de Plaza Garibaldi. Pero si lo que estás buscando es por una experiencia con mas variedad de restaurantes, puedes caminar (si te gusta caminar) o tomar transporte hacia otras partes de la ciudad.
