TV did not work during our Stay. Had maintenance up, worked on it for over half hour and still did not fix. No maintenance on staff between 7 pm and 7 am. Found a bug in the room. Otherwise very nice place.

Judy, the evening front desk associate was wonderful. Responsive to our requests and needs. The continental breakfast was good. A nice variety that changed daily. Well stocked and attended. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Off the main road hust enough to be enjoyable. Nice pool and facilities. We stayed a week and was nice to be able to do our laundry on site! All the staff was courteous and pleasant. I would definitely recommend staying here

Still need refund for the first night which so far I am being refused . I purchased travel insurance through hotels.com and this company is not abiding by the travel insurance policy due to my flight being delayed and re routed.

Staff was friendly, building was clean and updated. Other hotels I normally stay at the breakfast has better options and is open until 10 am at least. We were out of the room daily by 11 am and didn’t return until after 5 pm and the room wasn’t cleaned at all. With a 3 year old and 5 year old this wasn’t great.

The reception agent ask for my last name and when I told her she didnt understood and went like "MER...who?" I correct her and say MERCADO. Then she saw my life partner and went "You know is a King Bed?" Of course I knew I booked. Guess if it was a female life partner, she wouldn’t ask me that and maybe not the facial expression she did. Very rude.

What I like most about the property is it’s Clean as soon as you walk in, it smells very good . The room are very clean, you’re able to request for clean towels daily if you would like. Overall Great stay .

All i can say is GREAT JOB! The staff was always friendly and accommodating to all my needs no matter the time of day or night. The room was very clean and modern. I highly recommend this hotel!

The property was very quiet and is all no smoking which is amazing! The room was super clean with a nice tub and shower. They offer liquid soap, conditioner, and body wash if you forget your own. The bed was super comfortable and we slept great! The front desk representatives were very friendly and they offer a continental breakfast.

Very sweet staff. Amazing breakfast. Clean rooms. If you travel light, you’re good but if you’re needing a closet to hang clothes in, there isn’t much closet space and it would’ve been nice to have a safe in the room for valuables

Hotel was great and clean. My wife is very picky and this place did not disappoint, would stay at again. If we had any complain is perhaps a pool heater for the future. Thanks!

When we returned from visiting friends for are second night stay our room was not cleaned. The night clerk Ana Diaz was very apologetic and even offer to clean the room herself. That was going above what we expected. We thanked her for her consideration, but we were tired and wanted to get to bed. The next morning when we checked out, I asked the desk clerk about the room not being cleaned and towels changed. She indicated we would need to stay for 3 days to get our room cleaned.

The front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel seemed completely renovated and immaculate.

Lack of towel bars (except for a tiny 10” one to right of sink) was a problem as was the lack of any tables by beds except for one between the beds. Breakfast was good but no milk or yogurt was nonfat (or else oatmilk). Decaf coffee we loved, and cereal was sugary so we used condiment granola, walnuts, etc. which were great (orange juice we used in place of milk or yogurt).
