In the heart of the historic centre of Sintra so not the easiest to get to by car but the host provides detailed instructions and was very helpful. Even had my room upgraded!

Host Karen is passionate about her guest house business and showed a lot care for the well being of her guests. You can easily see the works she has put in to ensure the comfort of her guests. Breakfast was great with both hot dishes and continental selection to choose from.

Great location right in the heart of town. Walk everywhere! Parking is tough like in any old town but not impossible. The earlier you arrive in B day the better to find parking.

We had a great stay! This property is in a great location, the staff is excellent, and the room was super tasteful and comfortable. Karen was amazing and even helped us arrange travel plans to Porto. Overall I would say this stay was a great bang for buck. We would love to visit again.

The owner is an amazing hostess and I thank her for the excellent communication and hospitality she exhibited. Truthfully though, the spot is a bit difficult to drive to on a narrow cobblestone street. Drivers confuse with Boutique 1012 which is up on the main road. Also, we enjoyed our quaint and spacious room, however the shower leaked to floor despite precautions and bathroom very small. The soaps and lotions are lovely, thank you! The breakfast is generous with fruits, pate, eggs, ham, cheese and more. We do recommend with the precautions as listed.

Great location for bars, restaurants and the National Palace. An easy walk from Sintra railway station, a beautiful room and an excellent breakfast (hot and continental) included in our very reasonable room rate,

We loved our stay here! The apartment was super clean, modern and in a great location. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly! Definitely would stay here again.

A great last minute find! Karen was such a lovely host. She was very informative and advised me of a better plan to make the most of my 24hours in Sintra. The room was lovely and full of character, and breakfast was a great start to the day. The guest house is close to the centre of Sintra Old Town and is a great location to get around. Would definitely recommend.

Karen, the property owner has created a guest house with warmth, charm, modern conveniences and an atmosphere that reflects her delightful enthusiasm and class. It is by far the best room we have slept in since we came to Europe last month. Hope to return again and again

great location, Karen is great, breakfasts good. only issur is uber is NOT allowed in the old town so we were dropped at the entrance and had to drag pur bags in. if we had known we woild have taken a taxi instead.

The place was immaculate, looked like the renovation was brand new, up-to-date and complete. It helped having control of the heat and AC.

Karen is an amazing caretaker. Ask her any questions and she can help you around Sintra or any part of Lisbon or with Portuguese life in general. Also, makes great pancakes for breakfast

The location is perfect for experiencing Sintra. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The room was immaculate and so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had the best orange juice I've ever had. I will reserve a room here every time I visit Sintra. I really can't say enough positive things about this guest house.

The place was in the best area, we had everything near the room. I really appreciated the neighborhood. Staff is really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast place was cute and foid was good. However, we had the premium studio and we thought that there was a humidy smell.. beside that, the rest was perfect !

Very close to Sintra area historic attractions. Karen, the owner, does a "hands on" fabulous breakfast. Great responsive staff to take care of any help you may need.
