Very nice room! Very quiet and safe. However, maybe due to translation issues in the listing you should be aware that it is not really a bed and breakfast. What they meant was that there is a place for breakfast nearby that you have to book to go to through them and go to. The posting also said "laundry facilities" but now it looks like that was removed since I was there. There is a place to do laundry about 8 minutes away though that was easy to use. Very nice staff though and very clean and quiet! Parking is rough though and the nearest garage seemed always full. I really recommend NOT driving into that area if you can avoid it. It's very stressful and tight.

-They did not want to change my dates, although I made a request several days in advance - They took money from my account before I arrived, although I had selected to pay at the property. - We arrived at about 6pm but we had to make our own way in. No one was there to meet us or show us how to find the place. The same happened at check out. No one there. - We received very poor instructions of how to get into the property. It was just a series of photos and videos with no written explanation. You had to guess, and it is not nice if you arrive tired, trying to find your way around. A brief explanation would have been enough. eg. Address, floor, etc. - There were no lights at the entrance. We found ourselves in pitch dark when we entered the property. And once you find the switch they go out after a few seconds. - Elevator only worked for one person at a time. Two persons at the same time do not work. - Shower had no place to put your shampoo - [ ] Towel hangers did not work - [ ] The following day they made up our beds but left a wet towel in the beds. - [ ] Curtains did not block the lights, so we couldn’t sleep well. - [ ] There is a coffee machine, but you have to pay,and coffee comes with sugar by default. - [ ] Breakfast is continental. It is just a very small coffee and a croissant. So disappointing.

Amazing !

My family and I stayed there for a few days! Very comfortable room and in perfect condition! The location is amazing, I will definitely return next time I come to visit Florence

I did not see the hotel, but in this case it was nonsense that the hotel did not cancel the reservation

The worst hospitality.

Everything was perfect. Very clean room. I recommend it.
