Such a great place to stay!! The staff and the property were amazing!! Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was great!! Comfy and so much a cool downtown area. Will stay again for sure!!

My husband and I had a great experience. Very clean and well maintained. The staff were all so great!! The only thing was the indoor pool was closed. Would have loved to enjoy a swim after long days out in town. Really great to see a downtown area thriving..Highly recommended place to stay.

Beautiful hotel! Service was great and the bed was super comfortable! Location makes it easy to walk to the river and restaurants. Would definitely recommend if wanting to stay downtown.

Nothing bad to say. This was Hotel 3/4 on a 7 day road trip 16hr drive and it was by far the best. Beds, Breakfast, Cleanliness, Etc 5/5 Stars.

Love that hotel in surrounded by quaint Victorian architecture. The hotel parking lot is well lit. A nice vibe at the bar. Loved my stay at the hotel.

The only few things we wish they could improve on is the mattress and the pillows. The mattress is like sleeping on a rock. pillows are too flat. We just LOVE everything else!!!! Oh and we wish we had microwave in our room.

Despite a major system issue that held up check in for many of us arriving late last night, we were treated well and front desk handled it so gracefully I told him he had the patience of a saint to keep it together in such a stressful situation! Lobby great and despite being so tired after a long drive we felt welcomed and were able to sit and relax while the system was rebooted so he could issue keys!

We travelled in large family group , everyone enjoyed their stay. The breakfast options seems a bit limjted comlared to other Hayatt facilities. Otherwise i give it all stars

Stayed here since it was a few blocks from Victory Theater. Nice lobby & friendly staff @ check in. Room was clean, spacious & quiet. Our room was by the elevator but never heard voices or slamming doors. Hot breakfast served-it was ok. No USB ports to charge phone so bring something that plugs into a regular outlet.

Super clean! Beds were comfortable. Great location with quick 5 min walk to Main Street.

Front desk night shift was very kind and helpful. Overall, hotel was clean and felt safe. Seems a tiny bit dated & could use an update/brightening up. Pool was nice, but it needs better ventilation. I couldn’t stay in there because of the overwhelming chlorine scent (migraines & asthma). Loved the views of all the churches and other gorgeous buildings. Within walking distance of tons of things. We stayed in five hotels on this trip, and these beds were the most comfortable of all of them! We would stay here again.

The water pressure is kind of low when use the bathroom.

My wife and I stayed for 3 days while my wife’s sister was in the hospital. We have stayed in many hotels in our 50 years of marriage. This visit was one of the most enjoyable. The staff was absolutely outstanding, the breakfast was great and the breakfast area was nice and homey. Room was clean, bed was great. Just a very, very, enjoyable experience.

The only issue I had was it advertised a coffee shot online and they said they couldn't do any specialty coffee which was confusing because if you have an expreso machine and syrups on the counter with Starbucks advertising why can't you make a mocha?

This was our first visit to Evansville, so we didn't really know where to stay. We wanted a nicer hotel close to various activities/dining. The Hyatt was perfect. About five blocks from the arts district and three blocks to cute main street. Both areas have good dining options. We drove through the arts district, but didn't end up visiting any of those restaurants. On Sunday morning we walked to Main Street and had a very nice cup of coffee at River City Coffee (which also has a nice selection of goods from local artisans). Then we stopped at Parlor Doughnuts for a sweet and second cup of coffee - also a good experience. There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops, retail shops and a cat cafe on Main Street - very cute and safe. We had a great lunch at Bru Burger just a few blocks off Main. It's located in a repurposed Greyhound station - awesome retro vibe and killer burgers. The riverfront is also only a few blocks from the hotel. Nice walking path. We visited the Evansville Museum, which was unexpectedly amazing! Great combo of history, art and science. We walked around the area surrounding the hotel which was beautiful with all the historic homes. Easy parking at the hotel lot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast about what you would expect. Would definitely stay here again.
