A beautiful hotel very spacious and comfortable. Immaculately clean throughout. Well positioned to walk into the main areas of the city. The staff in the restaurants could smile a bit more!!

A very high class hotel.
Clean and everything in place.
I do wish they would ask people to smoke away fron the entrance. It's not do nice to step out into 15 people smoking.
I was also slightly surprised that the breakfast didn't have more assortment of fresh bread and also no real freshly squeezed orange juice.

I did not have one thing that I disliked about this property. Nice and helpful people, clean hotel, close to everything and more. I will for sure be coming back any time I come to Sofia.

Gorgeous hotel with really good food. A few complaints about parking. We had to pay twice and we were overcharged. When i asked to fix it, nothing was changed.

I wasn't expecting the rooms to be so big. The facilities, restaurants and spa were immaculately clean. Guney from Concierge was very helpful in organising our Plovdiv trip in the last minute. The massage was not good (speaking from my own training and experience) and salon staff were not in house on the day however this is probably just for that day. All the restaurants were great and service amazing. Do book the hotel when in Sofia! You will not regret it.

The staff is a bit slow to understand things. Repeatedly asked for a coffee with milk and I guess that was hard to understand so I kept getting a cold espresso: location is not great.

They charge for using a tv even though I didn’t use it they told it appears on the system that i use it and made me pay for it

The staff was mostly very nice, with one exception. Our room was quite comfortable. Food was okay, but could be better. Hot foods at breakfast were often almost cold. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again.

Property was overpriced, no mention on check in of any facilities available ams was not close to centre as was advertised. Poor won’t return

The service is poor. Staff are not friendly or helpful. One example is no milk in the bedrooms even though they provide a kettle and coffee machine. Trying to get milk which I collected myself from the restaurant was very hard. Be careful also with spa - it's not included and comes with a high charge.

Excellent hotel, fantastic room with a view of Sofia! Great breakfast and and good location, close to everything.
Only thing that let us down is that spa access was not included… which was not clear at the point of booking. Hotel guests should not have to pay €40 per person for 2 hours access, that is outrageous.

Starting with positive thing:
Very good hotel, rooms and housekeeping.
But.
Very poor job done by Expedia presenting hotel in the app. It is not clear that all parking, spa water in the gym etc. will be for additional charge (not cheap). I don’t think it is even allowed the way you selling it, but it’s IMHO and on your conscience.
Moreover, hotel staff makes it obvious to you, that you have to pay extra, because you booked with Expedia. Direct booking with hotel makes you “Superior Guest”, I guess.
No irons available in the room!!!! You need to go other floor.
Please be aware, the hotel has a casino and night club on sight, with all related stuff.
Totally not satisfied with the stay and Expedia service. Damaged my experience from Bulgaria trip, because of this.

I give 3 stars only for the location the size of the room but it's nothing special it's not a real 5 star hotel the room it's dusty and the carpet it's hairy and in one of the top shelves I find a very old dry biscuit the staff on the reception they don't explain anything.in the room we have only one bottle of water one face towel and one body towel but we are 2 people

This is a great hotel in a very nice location. Quiet, perfectly located and it has nice big suites. The view from the higher floors are very nice, too.
I can recommend and when I'm in Sofia this is usually the hotel I stay at.

Let’s start on the positive. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the hotel was a short walk from the city centre. On the negative side, reception staff were so rude unbothered, maybe playing into the Eastern European stereotype, we went to the pool but that comes at a €40 per person fee, a total con, the girl on reception said no one has been in weeks and has the same conversation with every guest.
I wouldn’t recommend staying and I would find a place where you can use all the facilities working the cost of the hotel, very disappointed.

We absolutely loved staying here. The rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable and had a nice view as well! The breakfast buffet is quite good with a wide range of food items. We would definitely stay here again and I recommended it to my company for other visitors.
