Quiet and convenient everything is close and clean area!

This is one of the nicest hotels weve ever stayed in...very clean and in a extremely nice area of many hotels. And, I'm hard to please. If we drive through here again this is where I'll stay. Also a wonderful price. Very professional!!!

TRAVELER BEWARE! This is a shady hotel with shady staff and shady guests. The hotel is cold, unwelcoming, and sterile. The front desk clerk was shady and unfriendly. The rooms are glorified walk-in closets with the same cold, unwelcoming, and sterile look and feel. There isn't a microwave in the room. You have to go to the lobby to heat food. The beds are worn and dipped. The bed frames creak when you move. I've been in cozier hospital rooms than this hotel. People slam doors in the middle of the night. We were awakened at 1:00 a.m. by someone adjacent to our room smoking marijuana and polluting our room and hallway. We tried to get the front desk clerk to do something about it but he was a total jerk and acted like nothing was wrong. We had to call the police to get it on record so the hotel wouldn't blame us for it. We left in the middle of the night it was such a bad experience. There are shady people who sit in and on their cars in the middle of the night. It's VERY unsafe.

Very hip hotel with modern furnishings and comfy beds. In a quiet area just off I 24 in Smyrna, TN. First time staying at this location but would stay again.

Nice new hotel. Clean, bright! Outdoor sitting area. Nice area.. lots of dining options, TJ MAXX, Chase Bank and a Cinema just down the road. Close to xways. 20 minutes to Nashville airport (in good traffic) or to downtown Nashville. Take the beautiful 2 lane road about 18 miles to Franklin.

The front desk was rude! The general manager was very disrespectful as well. Eddie at the front desk was horrible.

Seamless check in, room was clean, bed was a bit uncomfortable, it had a dip in the middle, AC did not cool the room. 8/10.

Only 2 things the hotel needs to improve on first being the breakfast options. Secondly the bath towels weren't the cleanest. But the overall stay was great.

It was difficult to get into or out due to traffic, it could use a red light!
