The hotel was amazing. However, I'm upset that I didn't get the room that I booked. All of those rooms were sold out. Holiday Inn would not give me a partial refund for the difference. By i booked a king suite and they gave me a regular two queens. The food in the hotel restaurant was amazing.

The only complaint I have is their breakfast. 2 kids and 2 adults, which led me to pay for our breakfast as it is not free. We went down 40 mins after they opened the buffet and they were literally out of everything. No one around to refill the eggs, potatoes, bacon, biscuits or sausage. I asked the front deak for my money back that I paid for upong check in for breakfast. They were unable to do so because I booked through Expedia. I then asked for a $15 credit for future use (this is what I laid out of pocket for 2 adults to eat) as we stay at Holiday Inn very frequently, however they were unable to do that either. I understand only so much can be done, but when we pay ahead, I expect to have the items I paid for. Other than this poor experience, the facility was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Great room. It is like a junior suite at other similar or better hotels. Separate couch area. Very nice and competent staff too.

The room was comfortable and clean. The person checking us in was the ONLY one doing everything. The bar and cafeteria closed early, so we were stuck on grabbing a bite. The breakfast was mediocre. Not worth the extra cost. It was also cold. We have stayed in many holiday inns, so was disappointed.

Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Excellent complimentary breakfast. One of the best hotels i have stayed at in a long time.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. It was convenient to all the places we had to go. Our bathroom door creaked, which created a creepy middle of the night experience for us. But that is just being trivial. I'll be coming through here frequently, and this is where i will stay.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and they offer a free hot breakfast bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!

The property was new and all areas were very nice. I did not use any amenities other than free breakfast. I did not care for several thinks. The check in process took too long. First nobody was at the desk when I arrived. Second, the lady that was checking me in kept answering the phone and thereby putting me in a lower priority. Third, I was charged $20 on my credit card for “incidentals” that I had no intention of using and my credit card has not yet been credited back. Fourth, Upon getting ready to leave the next morning I checked my bill through the service on the TV. It indicated I had charged something from the “Market” which I had not. I had to go to the front desk to get that removed and it took about 10 minutes of my time to do so. I was pretty furious about having my credit card precharged $20 and then they apparently let anyone charge things to your room without any verification.

No vent fan in the bathroom was weird. Bathroom door seem to slam shut as in it did not stay open. Lovely property Good service.

Great! Love that there was actual buffet food for complimentary breakfast instead of pre-packaged food and to-go items most hotels are offering right now. Dove toiletry products-love it. Restaurant in hotel- didn’t eat there but nice to have option.

Apple Maps sends you to wrong location. Newer hotel. Very comfortable and pleasant staff

I love it has an indoor pool, a bar, and restaurant. The rooms are very nice. I didn't like how the bathroom door was made. There's no way to keep it open or prop it open.
