It could use some improvements. I stay on the adult only side but the security was not paying attention and people who belong on the family side was able to enter. There's really no entertainment thru out the day. The will be a show once at night and the night club is small and only open for 2 hrs. The food was good but their only certain time it was available. They give you a paper that tell you where & when you eat and how long it available to you. The beach to the resort was private (although I was safe its a red flag). The room was clean and housekeeping was excellent The bar Attendants was wonderful but they don't have enough wait staff will come on the beach or pool area to come and see if you need beverages. If your looking to relax this is a place for you. Overall I would give this a 3.5 stars because I had been to better resorts.

The staff were excellent and knowledgeable. Food: there were not enough restaurants and the Mexican Restaurant did not have many options. The restaurants are closed on certain date. There is a buffet restaurant with a lot of food; however, there are lines and the food is not the great. I will give a 2/10 due to the food options. Beach: the adult only beach has a side that people from the community have access and is not quiet. Parking: there is not enough parking for the amount of people they accommodate. The parking lot guard informed us that we needed to rush because they only had one parking left and it was 3pm. I will suggest you pay for adult only hotel because the other side looks like jail and there are plenty of people. The hotel is safe and the staff are great but the hotel needs to invest in food options and more activities. As well as, enough workers to assist with the luggage.

I can’t say enough about this resort it is by far the best in Sosua, It is safe secure. The food is top-notch. The staff is excellent. The club and shows are great and private beaches, exceptional!

Really enjoyed our stay at this facility. The pools were clean, and facilities were clean. The food was okay for being all inclusive. The options seemed to repeat every other day and the food at the buffet was the same food served at the restaurants on site that required a reservation. We did book this thinking it was adults only but once we arrived we quickly found out the only the side of the resort we were on was adults only. Overall for the price and what we received and were able to do, I think it was a good stay. I would go again and recommend it to other people.

I booked this room for my BF for his bday. it looked out dated. The TV didn't work. The service lacked bad. front desk was not friendly or accommodating. The food was trash. The resort was nice tho. Won't ever book here again.

This particular property has an excellent view.if you are looking for a quiet place this is it! Food was very good but does need more variety. Entertainment needs more variety. The Staff was very friendly. The "adults only"section which I stayed does need more exclusivity for adults only and not be shareable with other part of hotel. Overall my stay was excellent really liked the hotel

While breakfast includes a delicious serving of mangu, the only Dominican dish available, lunch and dinner options are limited to average Italian, Mexican, and seafood choices. It would be wonderful to see more of the best Dominican cuisine offered. The employees are not friendly, they do not have enough VIP attention anywhere.The employees do not want to attend, they stay in one area.

Barley Parking & Air conditioning did not work.

I got the swim up Pool. Pool was great bar right next to pool. Only downside nothing no 24 food area.

I was a little worried about traveling to sosua. This place was an oasis in a land of bad hotels.

They just didn’t clean our room in the 3 days we were there but everything else was perfect, in the select area
