Upon arrival had issues with checking in, but very helpful staff assisted and was dealt with swiftly. The room was stunning, very cosy and welcoming, beautiful bathroom, very comfortable bed. Will certainly be returning

Absolutely lovely stay in this very comfortable and clean apartment. It was small but just the perfect size for me and much much better than a hotel room.
The location is perfect too. So close to bars and restaurants that are literally on the doorstep.
I will definitely look to stay here again if I’m staying in Nottingham

Lovely apartment, good size, well equipped and beautifully furnished. Really quiet, yet still in the centre of town. £250 holding deposit required, which is fair enough, but it tied my finances up a bit. Tea towel needs to be provided for the kitchen though!

Amazing and beautifully finished apartment. Very comfortable with everything you need for a short or long stay I had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with very efficiently by the property manager Jeff. Highly recommend!

The location is easy to find, the rooms are gated, but the gate isn’t locked. When I checked in, I was given a code to open the door. Once inside, the room looked nice and cozy, however most of the furnitures were full of stains and the rook had a bad smell. Unfortunately it was not cleaned properly: I found crumbs and plastic around.
I wanted to put my bottle of water in the fridge, to only find out that it was not working and it was full of water at the bottom. They have this white table that controls everything in the room, which is really nice if it worked properly. I tried to change the temperature in the room but it was still cold. When I picked it up to use it the device switched off and I noticed it was broken on the top.
It has a lot of windows, which is good for lighting, however I couldn’t close one of the blinds because I couldn’t reach it. Its placed on top of the staircase. Curtains would be better.
I took pictures of how I found the place when checking in and also when I left because they take £250 deposit if you break something. Well things were already broken or ruined.
I have to say the location is really good, walking distance to city centre and really quite at night, but I am not sure if I will stay there again.

The photos were exactly as the apartment presents. It was close to good restaurants and the main shopping district, the light rail was very close and the main train station not far. The manager was easily reachable and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Great apartment! Very close to Train Station and city centre. Have stayed previously and always my first choice when travelling to Nottingham. Also get a 20% discount at the restaurant next door! Beautiful decor and great facilities!’

I stayed in the “ Tatting” room. The place was good, self check in online then get given a code. However not everything was expected.
- I had to submit photo ID and £250 deposit against damages which is unusual for a UK “hotel”
- The room wasn’t as per the photos - the 4 poster bed wasn’t in there, which was one of the reasons for booking that room
- there was damp and mould around a couple of the windows
Other than this everything was okay - but worth new photos on the website and some damp treatment/care

This is a lovely modern property with great location.It took a little bit of time to find the room as not clear signage.Once in the room it was clear the previous guests where smokers as the room stunk (even tho there is a no smoking policy!).At first glance we thought the room was clean.Only when we went to use the shower there was hair up the walls and mould on the ceiling.As our room was located in the basement we did smell damp going down the staircase but we put this down to the weather as damp out.
Other than these issues this was a really nice stay with great surrounding restaurants.It just needs a bit of work to keep up to the standard they have advertised.

We stayed in tatting for 1 night.
The room did not resemble the pictures, all the lovely touches we were expecting were not there, the bed did not have the frame and the canopy, the room was overall looking in need of some TLC with damp marks and stained carpets.
The room was extremely hot when we arrived, we put the air conditioning on which leaked water all through the night constant dripping which prevented us from sleeping. We couldn’t turn it off as it was too warm in

The room was dusty and not well cleaned, there were stains on the bed sheets that looked like blood, the shower lacked power and to top it off we had paid for late check out (until 12) and someone walked into our room to clean at around 10.15 a.m while I was walking naked to the shower. Very poor value at around £250 for the night

Great location. Lots of space and comfy bed. It wasn’t spotless clean but good enough. Cleaning crew got my pants wet with some solution and it was a bummer for me to throw them away. Train around the corner and tram service too. Salt, pepper and oil will be a nice touch in the kitchen.

We stayed in the Torchon suite which was very comfortable for the 3 of us. The perfect base for exploring Nottingham. Very quiet despite the central location and tastefully decorated. Bed very comfy. Only issue was that we had to make up single futon bed ourselves which was a bit annoying as limited space to work in. Felt this should have been set up for our arrival as operator knew we were a family of 3.

No milk for the tea / coffee facilities, the tea bags were just thrown into the tray which wasn't clean.
The booking specified a bed settee alongside a double bed, there was only a footstool bed, no separate room for the footstool / settee bed.
There were stains on the furniture and carpets and the room wasn't a large as the photographs lead you to believe.
For the price, I would expect much better facilities in room, the water wasn't drinkable either so we had to go purchase tis from a shop. Thankfully we only stayed the one night.

Loved our stay, great central location within walking distance of the arena and the city centre. Room was clean, comfy and loved the big bath. Only thing that let it down was the check in and issues getting the key code but otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

Heritage Mews was beautiful accomodation. It was almost ruined by Hotels.com not confirming our booking with them , even though payment was taken!
Unfortunately, the group next door to us had their own karaoke party until 5:30am. Not the best experience we've had.

The place was great. Close to everything but still very quiet and tucked away. The room was beautiful and was so cozy. Made for a very comfortable stay. We did end up making a meal one night we were there and had all of the dishes/appliances we could have wanted. We’ll definitely stay here in the future.

But TV must be switched on by the tablet, which is not very convenience to do
And no refill on body wash / hand wash, no replace for bed sheet & towels during stay

It seemed like the facilities were nice when they were initially done but critical to any stay is the mattress and while it was a great sized super king, the mattress was sagging badly on one side impacting our sleep. The shower was also a nice size but again let down by the trickling water pressure. There is also quite a lot noise from the thin walls and floors. Slamming doors, voices and creaking floors overhead from other other guest will wake you up. Also if people decide to use the patio which is literally right outside your window, there isn't anything you can do to block out their conversations.

We stayed in the Bobbin room which was good. A bit smaller than looks on the photo advertised. So if we return we will book a bigger room. Bathroom and kitchen were nice and clean. However there was a faint smell (that may need to be added) in the area around the AC unit and sofa. Liked the styling of the room, was very cosy and homely. The location is great as it is in the heart of Nottingham, walking distance from most things.

This is a tremendous little find. I had no idea it existed in Nottingham but it was perfect for what my wife and I needed for the night. The room was spacious and had all the mod cons you'd expect to find. Super secure for a central apartment complex. Really happy with the stay
