Only comment is that the room was too hot. Really comfortable bed though.

Hotel is gorgeous. Rooms are really well equipped and comfortable. Staff are super helpful and very friendly. Car park is just next door and discounted rates are available. Ideal for a gig at the Hydro! 👌

Unfortunately I had to check out late evening of my overnight stay as my son took ill but can say that my room was excellent, modern and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for Hydro, excellent breakfast

Ideal location for OVO Hydro. Advertised parking but doesn’t make it clear that parking is in the hydro car park at a discounted rate. Not a problem but would be good to have this information in advance.

This is the second time we have stayed here for a concert at the hydro and it surpassed our already high expectations from the first time. Our first interaction with Megan at reception was great with it being friendly and conversational, mentioned it was our first night away from our new son and was gifted with two complimentary drinks at the bar. She also explained that we would receive a discount at the multistorey car park attached to the hotel with it costing £12 instead of £24. There is also a walkway that leads to the hydro from this car park. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a thermostat you can control within. The TV can be connected to your phone so you can cast. I didn't hear much noise from adjacent rooms or outside. The bathroom has a good size shower. There was a mini fridge and an ice bucket(which you can get filled at the bar) in the room too which were great additions. The room was starting to show a little bit of the signs of being next one of the busiest venues in the world with lots of scuff marks on the walls and the shower tray looking it could do with replacing but other than that all fixtures and fittings were in excellent working order. We had dinner in the restaurant using an itison voucher, we both got the burger which was ok. It was a good size but quite dense would maybe try the restaurant again but with full menu to see if there was nicer options. Service in the restaurant was quick and friendly. Overall and excellent experience

Very relaxing, comfortable and clean hotel. Friendly chatty staff were very welcoming especially Brian at reception and Ben the bar manager. My only criticism would be the coffee - not very warm once served. However that would not stop me staying here again. Right nextdoor to the Hydro multistorey carpark and across the road from the Hydro itself. Easy access from the Exhibition Centre station although a bit of a walk if mobility is an issue.

It was very good

There were quite a bit of stains on the furniture, decorative pillows and the duvet cover. There doesn’t seem to be a cleaning schedule because the cleaners came at all random times; some times early in the morning, late in the afternoon (4pm) and so on to the point that we refused service just to not be interrupted. Strangely enough, we asked for spoons for our room, a very nice guy at the bar was looking all over and managed to find one. Another fella then offered to send a couple more spoons up to our room, but no one showed up. Maybe they ran out?

Stay was okay but there needs to be improvement if they are charging the prices they are charging for their rooms. You expect the minimum for your room to be cleaned beforehand but the bin had not been emptied from the previous guests and there was what looked like to be make up marks on the net curtain too. This makes me doubt if the rooms are checked before someone check ins to ensure the room is fully cleaned. The shower floods too. The water does not drain away while in the shower but does so only afterwards so while you are in the shower after as little as 2 minutes the water overflows spilling out onto the bathroom floor. I was anxious about the noise as the hotel is close to a busy motorway but when the windows are closed thankfully you do not hear anything outside. However the room seems to have a constant buzzing or churning sound. Even with all the switches off and air con off the noise continues disturbing sleep.

Had an excellent stay for our wedding anniversary. Was greeted on arrival by Sophie who kindly upgraded our room and gave us 2 complimentary drinks. Breakfast was excellent very good variety for all. Service was excellent all round. Would highly recommend

Comfortable bed, good night's sleep. Only 1 small thing to complain about was that there were no coffee cups out at breakfast time, when I asked where they were I was told I could use the paper cups!! No thank you, if I wanted a coffee in a paper cup I would go to Costa. Waiter did go to the kitchen to bring cups/mugs out.

Pretty new hotel so all clean and spotless. The widest hallways I have ever seen in a hotel, led to a lovey feeling of spaciousness. Didn't have breakfast. Bought a few drinks at the bar in the evening. Reasonable cost for a 4 star hotel and bar area lovely and relaxing. Main plus point is location to Ovo hydro and Sec. Literally a minutes walk from the OVO entrance. Parking is easy. £10 iirc if you get your parking ticket endorsed. Will be my first choice of hotel for future stays, rather than the Premier Inn over the clyde. Much the same price but nicer hotel.
