The location was great and close to shops and dining.

This place is not where you want to be! Unorganized, elevator is broke a lot, no ice machine! To top off , I was booked for 2 nights I left , for awhile Saturday morning, came back, and all my stuff was taken, got clothes back but all my food in fridge and top of cupboard were gone! Had to go buy again!!!! Terrible

All 3 rooms i was checked in to had something wrong 1st room lights burnt out/ fridge jmakingmloud noises 2nd room still had people staying in it even though the computer said differently 3rd room light between bed and fridge light burned out. Fridge/freezer took hours to get cold.- sink in bathroom took forever to drain. Elevator door would not shut and had to use stairs multiple times, desk clerk said " guess i can put in a work order".. NO ice machine and you had to bring dirty towels to lobby for "exchange". God forbid ya need extras. NO breakfast , pool, or any other amenities offered even though they call it a suite style hotel Overall for the amount of money spent, this hotel was horrible. Ive paid less and had way better experiences then I did staying here. The front desk clerk that checked me in(Thusday evening)was the only positive about the experience. She apologized over and over for things that are not under her control(maintenance issues, computer issues and laziness of others) she even apologized again upon check out on Sunday Morning foe things not under her control. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

We had four people, two adults, two children and were only given two bath towels and two face cloths. My husband went down to the front desk and asked for more since we didn’t have enough. The front desk said that you need to bring back the towels we had before we were given more. I thought that was outrageous but after given both my children showers I went down to return the used towels to get more. The front desk said they didnt have anymore. They were in the dryer and to come back in 30 minutes. At this point it was 10:30pm and I didn’t want to wait until 11pm for more towels. So I ended up using a shirt as my towel. That night it got so hot in our room I woke up in sweat. Apparently the air conditioner only works if there is motion. So it wasn’t working while we were sleeping. This was a terrible experience. We were planning on staying there two nights but because of the awful experience we left a day early. I do not recommend this hotel.

Trash was left in the room. Used towels , used rags and soap was left in the bathroom!

The hotel was clean and had no issues. Bed, bedding and towels are not your typical hotel style but for the price difference it was expected. They were all clean jubt thinner. But still comfortable.

The room was disgusting. Stains in the toilet & pubic hair in the tub. Counter had burn marks & the hotel smelled musty.

I was given a room with non working air conditioner in upper 90’s degree temperature and I was given the run around about possibly getting a new room only to be told we booked. Tried reaching out to owner with no responses. I booked reservation for 4 people we only had two wash clothes and towels and they wanted us to swap the two out in order to get to more. They have rooms with kitchenettes but no cooking utensils. As long as you know not to respect much not even things that you should you’ll be good. I wouldn’t recommend ruined our time in the too. That felt like a sauna we didn’t even stay there our second night to hot in the room we were soaking with sweat. Go somewhere else so you won’t be disappointed

Hallway was dirty. We were supposed to have housekeeping on Thursday and they never came. Had to always take our own trash to floor 1 and throw it in the can, had to go to front desk to get fresh towels, police, fire department and hazmat there one day for possible drugs and staff exposure. People were smoking in a non smoking hotel.

There was no awning for your car to protect you when loading and unloading luggage,, they were out of towels, expedia over booked the rooms and the room we requested with 2 queens wasn't available. The bed wasn't comfortable and the shower curtains were too short and water ended up on the floor. Poorly designed facility...very commercialized and not very cozy.

It was a great experience. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean

The room was clean but spartan, felt like staying in an office. The bed was a mattress sitting on what looked like the frame for a pull out couch. We tried to set the temperature in the room so it was colder but the temp stayed fixed at 73. It was fine for the price and it was clean.

Half the ceiling lights didn't work and the bedside light was broken. No ice available. Otherwise, a nive stay.

It is a minimalist hotel. There was no kleenex or toiletries, but the room was clean & comfortable. My only complaint was about noise from other guests.

Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Very clean and great amenities in the room. We asked for late checkout and were told we c oh of stay until noon. However the front desk called us before 11 asking us to check out and told us late checkout would be an additional $10 cost. No one told us this upon checkin.

WoodSpring Suites was very clean, comfortable and economical. I would recommend it to anyone.

Staff was great and the property was very peaceful.

A garbage car was alway on front of the elevator, and it smelled bad, the elevator carpet was all dirty on the 2 day of my stay. Over wise the rooms were big, clean and confortable with small kitchenette

Very clean hotel with comfy beds and pillows. Staff were helpful in accomodating me (opening doors, helping with luggage) since I was using crutches.

Our room is big and clean with a small kitchen, very happy we will extend our reservation.

Nice place for a 2 star hotel.

I guess its what i expected for the price. Wasnt the cleanest, bed was noisy, fridge was loud, ac was loud, walls were thin, pillows smelled like an ashtray

If you need a roll away bed they dont provide that, cigarette smell
